Very clean, quiet room and nice staff. Very good breakfast which included enough options. I really enjoyed my stay. I saved this hotel to favorites for next time when I will need accommodation in that area of Bucharest(Grozavesti).

The bed is comfortable but the pillows were not so good (for me the pillows were very soft). Another thing I didn't liked: in the morning to go to breakfast, I had to go out from one building to enter the building where the restaurant is (the sliding doors between the 2 buildings were locked - probably were closed in the evening and were not unlocked back in the morning)

The hotel is very clean and tidy! Location is perfect as it is a 5 min walk to the metro. We had a balcony with an amazing view of the river.

The breakfast was not enough meaning that we go 30-40mins before breakfast finishes and they put out little food. I was definitely a bit disappointed by this…

I stayed for 2 nights in a small room but for me it had all the main things that Ineeded. The internet worked well, air conditioning the same, small room fridge, TV. It was mostly clean, did not find any issue here, but I'm not that fussy in this regard myself. I am more of a practicality type and for the price of the bookings I found it offered a lot of value for money. Most likely I'll book again in case of a future business trip to the same area.

It was mostly my mistake for forgetting to bring the actual plug of my phone charger, I brought only the cable, but it would have been nice to have USB ports somewhere in the room. The shower head was a bit weird and hard to use because it wouldn't stay fixed on the pole. The faucets were also a bit weird and made it harder to set the water flow and temperature.

The staff at the reception was very customer oriented, and supported me more than expected, both at checkin, and also in the day at the checkout. The room was huge, and in some parts i felt heating in the floor. The view was on 2 sides, to the river. Breakfast food variation was also quite good.

At breakfast, i believe the kitchen lady, after i asked for 2 soft boiled eggs, she told me "You know you are registered as a single person?!", which i found a bit unprofessional.

Fair price for what you get. We've got everything we needed: bathrobes, toiletries, clean sheets and balcony for smoking. The room was really warm and welcoming. The front desk person was really nice.

One of the balconies had a broken door that we struggled to close back up but we ended up using the other balcony so it was ok in the end

The room was fine, air conditioning useful, everything fine and clean. Breakfast buffet basic but pleasing – anything for everybody, pastry, bit of ham/sausages, hard boiled eggs, bit of fruits and vegetables, some müsli.

The staff was not precisely helpful, but got the things done at the end. Things, that could be prepared (paperwork), done on spot, aaaand waiting, aaaand waiting. No safe on the hotel. Wifi with captive portal, breaking every other moment. Quite mediocre breakfast coffee.

The room was decently large and clean, nice and helpful stuff. The location close to UPB.

It is a bit much to say I didn't like. The breakfast could be improved with more options. However, I must say that while being simple it covered the basics (eggs, bread and butter, coffee, cereals and milk) and even it had options for vegans, vegetarians (grilled vegies, olives).

room 51 .... the room was very pleasant, well organised and brilliant. the housekeeping named (Reah) is dilligent and industrious. she is well trained as professional cleaner. Thanks for her. well done! Upon check in, i can see the smile and warm welcome at the reception, named Narayan from Nepal. He is very competent at this position. fantastic experience. Definitely, i will be back in my next visit in Bucharest.

The personal from reception was very kind and helpful, the room was very good, the parking was good, and the position of the hotel was very efficient, close to metro station, big shopping area, and close to the centrum of the city.

In the room was smel of cigarete smoke, probably from the last guest. We found a plastic shower cap on the smoking sensor from the seal. We found in the room 2 towels for body, 1 for the floor and only 1 for face and hands, but we spoke with the reception and they deliver to us 2 extra face towels. We sugest to put more towels in the room from the begining of the accomodation, it will let a good impresion for all the guests and clients.

All employees at the facility were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were nice, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Also, the location was very good, close to many places.
