I arrived on an early train and had asked if I could bag drop which had been agreed. Better still they let me have the room from around 9am and use of the Wi-Fi as I had issues with my next days tickets and needed access to sort. They were always helpful and the room was very good

Was not sure if I had booked breakfast; they clarified when it was available and I took what was given and then told how much it cost. I did not need half the breakfast (or more) and would have preferred (a) choice and (b) price clarity but this pales compared to all the good work at other times by the staff

DO NOT GET A TAXI FROM RECEPTION AS IT WAS A CON AND WE GOT RIPPED OF WITH A SILLY PRICE EMBARRASSING FOR THE HOTEL. Why because we had to give a ticket from the hotel it was all set up it put me off using the hotel again be careful for this con!

Very close (walking distance) to the Gara de Nord train station. Had a very good night’s sleep.

Shower was clean and modern, but needed a better door to keep water inside. Sheet for covering was a bit small. A hand towel would have been nice.

Great location, you can get anywhere easily in bucharest and one of the most affordable hotel right by the train station, with a great conference room plenty enough for 60 people where we had a great workshop and incredible coffee sightseeing at the terrace with a view of all bucharest especially of the Parliement Palace and the new cathedral.

Very close and easy access to the main station. Consequently also very good connections to the rest of Bucharest.

As a consequence of living close to the main train station there were instances of outside noise during sleeping hours.

It's very close to the train station. Perfect for traveling, easy to find. Clean, good bed and bathroom and for a very nice price. I'd definitely go there again

Friendly, safe hotel right next to Gara de Nord. I had a stop over in Bucharest to catch an early train after a late arrival at night. Staff were friendly & helpful, and the accommodation felt safe & comfortable.

Was a great experience for 2 night stay. Great location , Has mini market at the entrance and a small park

Hard to find.

The facilities weren't that great, but the location was perfect - just in front of the main train station! So very convenient for the location and price.

The personnel were polite and friendly, they satisfied all my requests, my room was clean and I had easy access to the city centre. The total price was affordable.

I don’t have any complaints.
