We loved the location and how easily accessible it was with plenty of parking. The pool had great hours for our young family. We loved the spa being right in the lobby. It was very affordable.

the apartment is very big and it was clean. perfect choice if you have more kids and don't want to share a small hotel room. the pool was nice, clean (but cold) good breakfast

the rooms are outdated the rooms and the bathrooms were really clean, but the living room sofa was disgusting. we put a sheet on top of it just to stay on it. it should be deep cleaned

The room was very spacious,comfortable with anything you could ask for several days stay.The staff at the reception were all.helpful and kind ready to assist.the pool.was very big and made our.stay relaxing.the pool cafe was also a great addition for snacks for the kids.the restaurant had a great breakfast but also the a la carte menu for dinner was impecable, great dishes.with also good prices.special thanks to Mircea the attentive waiter.Overall would higly reccomend.My.kids were sad to leave.It is a bit far away from center.bus stop is right near by and.lines are easy to.use.otherwise bolt or uber are easy and cheap.as well.

Room was spacious & clean. Washing machine. Comfortable beds & sofa. Good TV for us (first place in our vacation that had good TV in English). Two bedrooms & 2 toilets which was perfect for family of 4. Washing machine. Well equipped kitchen. Good breakfast even if you don't eat meat, but no variety. Very nice pool & a great spa in a very reasonable price.

Did not have an oven, just microwave & they did not have an appartment with an oven for us. No air-conditioning in the rooms, just tword them which forced us to sleep with open doors. No tumble dryer & no detergent to be bought on premises. But it was so hot it did dey quickly on the balcony. Very very slow elevators

We booked a large apartment that had two bedroom, two bathroom. The business unit do not have washing machine so I had to book this unit. The price was high for Romanian standard but the quality of the flat was amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean, housekeeping is done everyday and super fast too. The staffs are friendly. The bathroom drain needs to be pumped, apart from that, our time was excellent. The food items given for breakfast is good, with a variety of choices, mainly catering for West Asia (also known as Middle East) and Romania. The air-cons are great, but they are not located in the bedrooms. The swimming pool and spa is great as well.

The restaurant (except breakfast) was rubbish, service is slow and the food is not great. The coffee is not good. There is a lack of restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay—everything was perfect! The staff were polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended

There’s no lifeguard on duty. We also had to change into swimwear just to enter the swim arena. It would be much safer and more family-friendly if trained lifeguards were present to watch over the children, we wanted to extend the stay but due to restriction we decided to move to other hotel were we can get more freedom so we can enjoy holiday

very spacious rooms, air conditioning was working well very good nightshades very close to were we had to be easy to find a parking spot inside the enclosure friendly staff Overall I would say we will come back and it is like 80% worth the money.

breakfast - super basic, nothing special for a 4 star hotel restaurant food - we ordered a pizza and pasta with chicken. For a 4 star I expected much more apartment - very spacious, but for a 4 star hotel it was lacking. The furniture was old, it showed its age (that was a bummer since the hotel is from 2017), there was only a tv in the living room - we had a 2 bedroom + living room apartment We woke up every day at 7:00 and it was quiet during the night. However at around 7:30 the hotel staff was preparing the cleaning items on the hallway and it was super noisy. Too early in the day..

The apartment was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Lovely staff, check-in was easy. The apartment advertised oven as part of the facilities, but there was no oven in sight, I think this needs to be altered in the facilities description on booking.com. Could do with some bowls. We love the shutters in the bedrooms providing blackout sleeping environment. The breakfast had a good selection, and staff tried their best to keep up with demands. We would recommend going for breakfast earlier as it can get busy later in the morning, especially on the weekend; breakfast serving time was 07:00 - 10:00. The gym was fully equipped and large, although it can get busy at peak times but not an issue to train as there was enough space for everyone. The pool was great with a children's pool, large pool, and a jacuzzi. Children are allowed to stay until 20:00. The spa was lovely except encountering some inconsiderate guests who threw a mound of ice onto the sauna pit even though there were signs explicitly saying not to as it can cause damage. Loved the steam room, relaxation room, ice fountain etc. Do be aware that some people (men usually) decide to use the spa facilities naked. The slippers they provide you are very slippery when wet, so be careful using them, we would recommend bringing your own slippers with good grip. All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and would highly recommend it!

- friendly and helpful staff - huge apartament with great views - kitchen equipped with accesories - bed mattress in very good condition, comfortable - clean rooms, towels and bed sheets - very good breakfast and coffee - private parking - windows have external night blinds - quick checkin and checkout

- apartament needs technical fixes - door lock missing inside so I can’t lock from the inside at night which means that anyone with a valid card can open the door - windows and terrace door in poor condition - doesn’t cancel much of the outside noise and door needs to be handled carefully to be closed

We loved the big apparent that we received and that there was always parking available. Also there is a big Carrefure supermarket 5 minutes drive from the hotel.

The room had mold on the walls that made bad smell. There was no microwave in the room even though it said that should have had one. The drive to the hotel and mainly the entrance was through a slums alleyway. Some of the furniture in the room was broken, thought we informed the hotel, nobody came to fix it. The elevator is old, small and slow, using it was very challenging with a stroller and the little kids.
