Convenient location next to train station and metro, close to the city center. Nice clean room, good spotless sheets and towels. Thick walls prevent any noise from outside. Fabulous breakfast with timing from 6.30-10.30. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Certainly recommend this hotel. I asked a quiet room and was given one in the end of the corridor. It was so calm!

The hotel is centrally located within a few minutes' walk of the Gara de Nord train station and also has the M1 metro and a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so the hotel is perfectly connected to the train and public transport. My room was very large and well equipped. Large comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, a desk with minibar and an additional small table with two chairs. The bathroom was also large enough. The room was spotlessly clean, everything was neat and tidy. The cleaning staff did a great job. The staff in the hotel itself were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I asked for a later check-out of two hours, the staff made it possible without any problems or additional costs. The breakfast was fantastic. There was a great selection to choose from and it was always restocked. The hotel also has a lounge and restaurant area where you can sit down and have something to eat or drink. The Hotel has for the location and the amenities a great price-performance ratio. Despite one or two negative aspects, I was extremely satisfied and can only recommend the hotel. I would come back if I am in Bucharest again.

The air conditioning in my room sporadically failed from time to time and was no longer cooling, so the room quickly became very hot and stuffy especially at higher outside temperatures because the window would only open a small gap. The WiFi in my room on the fifth floor was very poor. Bad reception quality and very slow and as a result only partially usable.

Excellent location (easy access to metro/train, including the train to/from the airport), great breakfast, clean and large room, quick check-in/check-out, room for storing luggage after check-out, restaurant on site (although we didn't use it) and a few restaurants nearby, reasonable price. There is also a residential playground on the back of the hotel (not part of the hotel) which is great for kids.

Only improvement would be the access to the hall with the rooms. Although a card is needed for the lift and stairs, you can just pull the door of the hall and it will open without the card (at least on the 2nd floor where we stayed). Not a big deal, but since there is this level of security, it would be better if it worked.

A very good choice for a short stay, travel stop, the area is convenient. Breakfast is good and it has enough room for everyone although is a busy hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped, bed is comfortable, the shower gels have nice scent. The reception staff is very professional and polite. I would definitely choose this hotel again, I had a pleasant stay overall.

Things to be improved: Air-con cannot be adjusted properly on your needs. (in october was working only on hot airflow) while it was still very warm outside and the room (upper floor) was overheated all day in the sun. Staff was very helpful though and solved the problem. At breakfast area the water dispenser was not noticeable (being placed behind the coffee stand and the exit door to terrace) Not an issue but it would be helpful to place it near the juice dispensers. Change the toilet paper into better quality one. :)

Central Bucharest near to good bus and train connections and easy to reach airport. Excellent breakfast with a huge diversity of choices. Staff were professional, helpful, industrious, polite and very helpful. Room had everything necessary for stay including a fridge, water and kettle. Very spacey. Felt safe as there is plenty of security.

Only one thing and it is minor - the breakfast coffee was lukewarm and never hot but maybe that’s the way the Romanian people like it?

the breakfast was nice, very good coffee, staff very active and frendly. The room was ok, the beds and pillows are not the most confortable, but i had worse in expensier hotels. Bathroom was small but that didnt bother us. The shower was very nice, hot water. The only thing which annoied us a bit, was the room temperature, it was very hot and the only way to make it cooler was to open the window, which brought noise from the street. TV was functional and with all the local and international stations :) very important fact for some of us :D. Location is super for the ones which travel by train. The Hotel Restaurant we didnt try, but just accross the street there is a place which serves very good burges.

As an improvement i would suggest addind to the single beds something on the side of the wooden bed to stop the matress to run aside, as it sits only on a wooden board which is flath and shiny. The room temperatures should also be adjusted according to teh warther outside, not just to the season

Location, Location! That is the key here. I had never been to Bucharest and wanted to keep things simple. The hotel is a short walk from the the Gara De Nord Train station. Easy train ride from the airport to the station and the hotel is just a short walk away. Add in the fact that, a metro station entrance is in front of the hotel, you have the city of Bucharest at your feet. The hotel is huge and modern. My room was large and comfortable. The mini fridge worked well and the bed was comfortable. There is an ING bank with an ATM next door. Nearby is a money exchange and a couple of mini markets. Everything you need in a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was good. I stayed at this hotel twice during my visit to Romania. As you can see both rooms were set up the same. Large and comfortable.

They only have two elevators and one was in repair during my two stays. That was an inconvenience but I know the repair/upgrade was due to be completed right after I left

Convenient location. 5 minutes from Gara de Nord mainline station and a metro directly outside of the hotel. It meant we didn't have to lug our suitcase very far when we caught the train to Brasov. Room clean with air-conditioning that functioned well. Breakfast was okay. We had a couple of meals in the evening there which were good. Staff are a mixed bag.

The surrounding area is not very salubrious, but we didn't feel threatened or unsafe at any time.

The location is ideal if you wish to arrive directly from the airport to the central station and then walk to the hotel. Keep in mind that like all Balkan cities areas near the station can be a little weird, the same applies for the hotel’a area but l did not feel unsafe in any case. l do not recommend the hotel for young women or for families with little children. It’s perfect for business couples. Tram, bus and metro stops are just meters away from the hotel and you can get anywhere within minutes. Lovely comfortable beds and spacious room. Good security within the hotel since the lift and the in between doors work only with the room card.

The bathroom and toilet are a bit weary.
