Close to Bucharest Nord train station – perfect as we arrived on a late train and were leaving for the airport early the next morning. The bed was super comfy and our son slept well on the sofa. Air con worked well.

While we can appreciate the online check-in/check-out process, an offline alternative would be nice. Not sure what we would've done with a dead phone battery or no data roaming (always a possibility)! Note also that you only get coffee stirrers not teaspoons in the room – so, if like us you grab some food from Carrefour Express late at night, there aren't any spoons to eat it with. I used the stirrers like chopsticks, and our son 'drank' his cereal and yoghurt pot - haha!

Located next to Bucharest Nord, it was a short walk after a late and long train ride. While there is no 24hr on site reception, they do have someone responsible for answering all calls. Please make sure that you have been sent (if not call) pre work registration (a requirement for many properties when staying in Romania.). To ensure that your checkin code can then be communicated especially if arriving after 4pm (as no one is in office). That kindly offered for store bags next day when we were exploring Bucharest. We were in room 3, bottom floor, I could hear via pipes water coming down from bottom to top floor - though only minor issue…

Super clean, spacious, warm, hot showers, and comfortable beds. Great place to stay close to the train station. We arrived very late, so it was a convenient place after a long day of travel.

Since we just arrived and it was late, we didn't have new sim cards and therefore no access to the internet. Check-in requires use of an application online. If this will be your situation, ask for the wifi password in advance to save yourself any issues.

We came by Bolt from the airport but noticed parking spaces available. This hotel is conveniently close to the Gara Nord train station and we were also pleased to be able to walk to a Kaufland grocery store early the next morning. Room was clean, quiet, cool and dark- just what we wanted for a good night's sleep. Check in went smoothly thanks to the staff promptly answering my questions about the entrance code. Turns out you need to register passport details before getting the code.

We arrived at night and had a little trouble finding Embassy Nord in the dark but a kind clerk at another hotel on the same street pointed us in the right direction. Nice shower and water pressure but some water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Me and my partner liked how unique and innovative it was to check in and out of the hotel, as well as access both the reception and reserved room with a code on the keypad or simply pressing a button on the phone! The bathroom is a tad small, but really efficiently organized. The TV is quite large, has international channels and it also allows for self streaming, ultimately making it possible to watch anything at will. Moreover, the place is very clean, it smells wonderful and the attention to detail is noticeable throughout! The host is wonderful and available by phone any time, so it is easy to make certain arrangements. Overall, great value for the money!

There was one moment in an evening when me and my partner could hear people speaking in the next room, which made us believe that the walls might be quite thin; despite this, the place quieted down and we had a good night's sleep.

Location is perfect for Gara de Nord use. The self check-in system is very handy. The staff is polite and helpful-they let us have free late check-out and offered to keep our luggage at the property before our flight home. Free water dispenser in the reception area. I also liked the cat sleeping in the reception every day :).

Window in room 8 did not open and there was lack of fresh air.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was very clean and warm, which made it very comfortable. The host was very responsive and resolved an issue I had with the minibar in no time. The location is excellent – close to Gara de Nord and Basarab Metro Station, with a Kaufland supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. It is slightly more expensive than most accommodations in the area, but overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel is really close to Gara de Nord Station (Main Train Station of Bucharest): 5 min walking. Instructions of receiving the password code of the room are clear and easy. There is water and coffe available at the lobby.

The password code is received at 1 pm. and is complicated to storage the luggage: Staff is not present all day but is usually available at the morning.

Really near the station so no problem at all with travelling to other parts of Romania. The room was very clean and the kettle was handy.

Would have been good to have had a safe in the room as we were staying for a few days. My partner was disturbed by the noise of the trains as we had the window open the first night, but with the window closed it was fine. Otherwise it was nice and quiet in the accommodation.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is great, just a short walking distance to the main train station, but in a quiet street where free parking was available. Great Wi-Fi and aircon.
