too small parking, means no places, means you have to leave your car along the streets

We had a lovely stay at the Continental Forum Hotel in Constanța. The hotel is right by the beach, though it's perched on a cliff, so there's a bit of a walk to reach the sea. However, the sea views are stunning, and the location is excellent—close to the historic and the city centre with plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlours and parking nearby at reasonable rates. Our room was spacious, very clean, and came with a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the cool evening breeze and beautiful views. The staff were extremely accommodating. My mum had recently undergone surgery and needed some assistance, and both the cleaning lady and the manager went out of their way to help us. Their kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant—dinner was great and the breakfast offered a variety of fresh options. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and my parents were so pleased that they’ve already booked the same hotel for their upcoming trip to Constanța next week.

Nothing to mention.

The location is well known, possibly the best asset of this hotel, as it attracted guests even when it was managed under another brand. They have renovated it which is a plus.

At check-in the staff was unfriendly and visibly irritated by the number of people waiting for check-in with a very entitled attitude. The reception and the restaurant are still running under the old design which makes both of them unattractive. We found an used tissue and a piece of paper on the floor, for us a sign that the room hasn’t been cleaned well enough or the floor wasn’t even vacuumed.

The rooms were quite spacious, very clean everywhere from lobby to room - considering sand/sea water, really professionally maintained. The staff was very accommodating, we travelled with a dog and had absolutely no issues. Super close to the beach and city centre, bunch of venues around to have a good meal. Great variety and very delicious food for breakfast - absolutely recommend!

Not about the property itself, just a note to travelers about parking - not a lot of spaces around and during daytime pretty full given proximity to beach.

Good location, close to the beach, but awful stairs till there. Very good and rich breakfast, could have more variaty.

Only 2 elevators and it took time until arriving from one floor to another. Also, even though booked 2 rooms, we couldn t have them on same floor due to the fact that hotel was too full. One of the waiters (a lady) from the bar had a bad attitude and was very bored of her job (waited for 10 min almost to take me an order even though no other customer, but she was busy talking with somebody else)

The room is clean and big, nice personal. The hotel is very well located, near the beach and old city center Breakfast is ok, not great, but ok, but for sure it is not worth 60 lei per person

The hotel is outdated, and even if it is clean, it looks bad, because it is old. Even the renovated rooms ( deluxe) have a cheap feeling inside and the designer is not very gifted… The bathroom is very cheap and old fashion The entire hotel is outdated (a feeling of year 2000) but i repeat, clean The balcony is 20 cm wide and you have no table and chairs on it ( just in the first floor where the photos are taken) I would give it a 3 star rating, not 4

We had an amazing stay at Continental Forum Constanta! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property—everything was spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was another highlight—it was conveniently close to the center, the beach and all attractions are nearby. The breakfast was great! The best part is that the hotel is pet-friendly! Traveling with my dog was great, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Excellent breakfast, comfy beds, great location.

The hotel didnt inform us (I know, am asking for unicorns) the surrounding streets were fully blocked by the city hall event during our stay - we chose to stay here specifically for the available parking. It was stressful to look for parking on a Friday night. The visible parking space they did have was also for like ... 25 cars max, not for a building over 7 stories high. But this is really the only issue we had during our stay and the staff was polite.

Nice , clean hotel near the beach. Overall very satisfied with my stay. My room was very clean, the only thing is that the curtains doesn't cover completely the window. The breakfast was extremely satisfying with a large selection of food (I gain a couple of pounds;). Upon arriving a bell boy literally was waiting at the front stairs and took my luggage. The sea is literally at the front of the hotel, about 10 minutes away. Upon leaving, the kitchen provided me with sandwiches, cake, apple and water for the road. Also, at the reception because I left at an early hour she helped me getting a taxi (apparently Uber is not running at 4:30 am)

The curtains didn't cover the window completely

Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The staff was very friendly and helpful(especially mister Yorgos). The view, free gym, 50% reduction for the sunbed at the beach, and 15% reduction for the consumption at the beach bar.

The sound proof of the room if you are a light sleeper like me(I had it with sea view and it was a lot of traffic on the road that's in front of the hotel). The beds were uncomfortable, and I have no words how bad the pillows were.
