Wonderful greeting on arrival. All the reception staff were nice and had time to chat. Private parking covered by cctv. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice walk-in shower with good water pressure. Individual air conditioning that worked well. A short walk to the town centre. There are plenty of restaurants. A short walk to the seaside, although there were steps leading down. The hotel buffet breakfast was continuously topped up with hot food. Unlike some other hotels that cook too much and it stays there for hours. A nice terrace to sit from which you could see the sea.

I always try to find a fault. But this time, it was hard to find one. If I had to fault one thing, it was the toilet seat that was loose. But it just needed the nut tightening, which was easy for me to do. Why kick up a fuss on such a small thing

I was with my husband and baby. I loved the breakfast. I usually eat healthy, so for cereals, I love for exp oat and seeds instead of chocolate. They had options for everyone, the chocolate & Wurst lovers, but also the healthy eaters. The breakfast is at the last floor and has a nice view. Room and bathroom were very clean. Room is large such that you have enough space also for the baby bed if you have one. Everyone there was really nice. I often stay at more expensive hotels, but I liked the services here better (clean & nice ppl & good breakfast).

The only real drawback is that rooms (at least mine; I didn't check for the others) don't have a balkony, which would be helpful after you come back from the beach with a wet towel. The bed is low. I liked it and it was very comfy for relaxing dreams, but for older ppl it might be difficult to sit down because it's lower.

Very friendly staff, good location (close to supermarkets, beach, pharmacies), clean, quiet, parking available and etc.

The breakfast was not with fresh vegetables and the beverages were poor quality. The bed in the room was made of two single beds (merged) and there was a small gap between them. This caused us some trouble time sleeping with our baby in the middle. But everything else was very good.

The receptionists are very welcoming. The room was clean, the bathroom had towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap and it was clean. Good breakfast included. Nice view from the terrace of the restaurant. Has a parking lot but it was small.

The shower was old, the TV was also old and had only a few programs. The bed was comfortable, but not very sturdy 😁. Overall just needs some updates for the room.

Very good location. Beautiful view at 6th floor. Nice design at the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel is decent but not 4 stars. For 4 stars you expect a little luxury but the room was standard. There was a contrast between the entrance hall with a luxurious design and the appearance of the room, quite ordinary.

Breakfast is good. Personal very friendly. Parking zone in front of the hotel - it is small but , all Constanta is small and traffic is really tight on the roads.

Some parts of the bath furniture are broken. The room's front doors are pretty lame. I`d suggest the owner to think of a stronger solution. No slippers.

The location is great, its centrally located and the beach is nearby. Big room, nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace and they have private parking.

Found some dark hair in the bathroom which was not mine. The plastic shower carpet is a bit outdated, a fabric carpet would feel better.

The hall of the hotel has been refurbished in a very nice and elegant manner. The difference between Guci and other hotels was made by the 6th floor restaurant and terrace which allows you to see the sea and a part of the port entrance during your breakfast. The hotel is closed to the old city center and Modern beach, Museum of Art, a Carrefour shop and a non-stop opened pharmacy.

Is not related to the hotel itself, but there are some abandoned homes in the area that display an unpleasant smell.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. We stayed in an apartment and it was very spacious.

Furniture was old style and it looked cheap. Facilities in the bathroom also seemed low quality. Water was dripping on the floor when you took a shower.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, very close to the the beach and the old town! The breakfast was excellent and there is nice view from the restaurant terrace! The staff personnel was kind and responsive! Thank you for the peaceful stay in the hotel!
