First of all, the entire staff should be noted, from the reception, from the restaurant, from the Spa area. They are very attentive and efficient in helping guests at any time. I received a very clean room, with a splendid view of the sea, and which, although small, is furnished in such a way that it gives you the impression that you have all the space you need. The spa area is very well maintained, and the pools, with warm water, offer you moments of complete relaxation. Last but not least, I note the wealth of dishes available at the buffet tables and their quality.

I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable, but maybe it's just a personal opinion.

The price for 2 rooms in off season February was a bit too much in comparison with other places in Romania and also international I paid less to go to Zanzibar All was great because we went there for treatment with Techirghiol mud for the whole family but my opinion is that it was overpriced

We loved the hotel, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the room very pleasant. The food was delicious and varied with plenty of healthier options and very nice wine and beer. The overall design of the spa and hotel are beautiful. We felt very comfortable and happy to return.

It looked great from a distance, but maintainence of the spa and pool area, especially the wooden upper deck needs serious attention. Lots of missing tiles in the pool, black around the edges of the room. The hotel would need to close for a short while to sort this before it deteriorates further.

The All Inclusive service was perfect. We enjoyed the quality of food, the service, the cleanliness. We visited daily the pool and appreciated the quality of facilities and of the personnel. We booked an apartment, it was clean, the space was comfortable. The staff, including the technical personnel, was friendly and efficient.

The staff was very friendly, the food (we had breakfast and dinner) was really good and diverse, with plenty of options for vegans. We had some facials and body treatments and the girls were great, they kept asking if the massage is too harsh or if we wanted to change something. As a score, I would give the whole experience a 9. 5 out of 10.

The only thing i would probably change would be adding a second pool for families with kids because during the day it was overcrowded and very loud (I love kids but somehow all the shouting was making it harder to relax).

the apartment - not the suite - is pretty small, but comfortable. the inner pool is very good, it has lanes for the swimmers, also places where children can go swimming with a lower level of water to be secure. it has also water massage and other amenities. sauna etc. the food is excellent, a very good cook. and even the persons who don't have all-inclusive can get non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. next time, a suite, a bigger apartment on the 12th or 13th floor, for sure.

the main disadvantage is that there is no balcony. the all-inclusive we took was good. but at the bar downstairs you had to take the coffee from an automatic machine, the expresso machine was at a cost. I couldn't understand that. the drinks were free, but those of higher quality was at a cost. so, semi-all-inclusive. unfortunately, the pickles were tasteless. pool - the older guy who is watching at the pool should be changed. he treats differently people. The last time when we were there he admitted guys with alcoholic drinks in the pool and even provided them with drinks?!?

Nice welcome and quick check-in. We had a wonderful vacation for a few days with my family . The view was amazing at the 10th floor, we went for all inclusive which was great, food was very tasty, all kind of dishes, free mini bar, lots of options for drinks during the meals too and nevertheless, with amazing Spa facilities.

everything was well beyond any expectation The breakfast was very good and well-assorted that's the only meal i got .the pool was very good and clean.at first, i was mad about getting charged for the pool which i thought it should be included in the price of the room but being at the hotel i realized y and the way they do it is okay

its nothing i didn't like i think i am going to go again soon and i am going to get all inclusive since the breakfast was well above average

A great 3 days vacation in the middle of the winter with sun, breeze, hydrotherapy, and very good food. The pool is absolutely great, with many underwater water massage options. Also, massage is recommended, I tried both relaxation and deep tissue and fully enjoyed both.

Wished I knew before that access to the pool is not included in the full board option available on Booking and that i can select the number of persons during the reservation steps directly from the hotel site.

The entire staff is very kind, open to support, excellent food and cleanliness in the room. I recommend Mr. Wang for the anti-stress massage, the services are impeccable.

The fact that no measures are taken by the staff in the dining area when people become very vocal (consuming alcohol excessively) disturbs and offends other guests of the hotel.
