Confy bed, new bedsheets and towels, nice staff, very clean and classy bathroom, excellent view to the sea and the lakes.

The water pressure at the shower was fairly poor. The breakfast could have been better, I would have enjoyed a proper omelette, the eggs not well cooked (between hard and soft, too oily), some fresh fruit would have been nice.

Good location, near the beach, a big garden, a big pool, spa, gym, music show every evening, big parking lot, all the rooms have seaside view

Not clean in the fridge, not well vacuumed in the room, we wanted to take some drinks and watch the evening show but they asked us to take the dinner( I see no reason for this since there were many free places and the drinks are very expensive anyways)

Everything was perfect. The hotel serves a very delicious and comprehensive breakfast. Also, the spa is not to be missed. I particularly enjoyed the pool. Super comfy beds. I slept like a baby.

The spa is not included in the price of the room. There is an entrance fee. Also, it is unfortunate that they close quite early.

The location is excelent, very nice view from top floors, garden + swimming pool is fantastic, large space, lot of trees and shadow.

The air-con especially on the last floor is undersized, but, we understood that the hotel is old and the ventilation system is old too. At check out we benefit of a discount and we really appreciated. Another bad thing is the noise from the very near aqua park, I know the hotel cannot control that but just mentioned, this is mainly about the Romanian culture, loud music and every shop/place with their own music at maximum volume.

Second time at this hotel and would be back anytime. Everything was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, an example of how hotels staff should behave with customers. We arrived early at the hotel, and we were able to access facilities while waiting for check-in, and we stayed longer after our checkout. Pool is awesome, a great place to relax. Kids enjoyed and had a lot of fun. Breakfast was very good, lots of diversity 10+.

Would recommend to do a refresh on the kids' playground with newer slides/ activities as they are pretty old. Keep in mind for the 2024 hotel upgrade /renovation.

The entire staff go out of their way to make the stay comfortable, the garden grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the spa is world class. Restaurant was very nice and most things we tried in the menu were fresh and delicious.

The noise around the hotel is absolute chaos, such a shame sometimes the beauty and tranquility of the hotel are disrupted by the loud music from adjacent restaurants and the aqua park. Lucky everything quiets down over night.

Food at lunch was not good. Salad in particular was bad as prepared from leftovers. Extra bed was very uncomfortable but mattress was changed (thank you!) Entry fee for the indoor pool- at eur 300/night..just add 50 more and let that be that. Beach

I gladly recognize high-class professionalism. All services, starting with breakfast, cleanliness, stylishly furnished rooms, outdoor pool are excellent. All the staff is attentive to details. Don't forget the Spa also located here. Thank you. I will definitely come back!

I liked the property facilities including the spa, the garden and the pool area. Room was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options but many of them could have been more tastefull.

Quality of food served for breakast - vegetables not very fresh and tasteless, little fruit options but a lot of pastry.

Clean rooms, really really comfy beds, amazing breakfast, everything renovated. Very nice experience.

I traveled with my 5 years old and although I know the hotel is famous for its treatments, it would have been amazing to have an inside swimming pool for kids.
