Curat, modern, liniștit, elegant

- the food was good (I had half-board and the supper was also great) - the pool area is nice with lots of activities for kids - they have evening entertainment - the room was very clean with quality toilet accessories - for half board and all inclusive you have free sunbed in a nearby beach

- they don't have enough parking spots for all the rooms they have and it is also costs separate fee. For a hotel with these pretentions I would expect that in the price of the room (which is not cheap) that you find available parking at any time. - for the evening meal you are not allowed to have Pepsi on the dispenser machine if you don't have all inclusive.

It was very clean overall. Great beds and very clean room with minibar. The pool are and restaurant were very nice. There was complimentary water and apples by the reception all the time.

The hotel was advertising a private beach area which turned out to be not available yet. It was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Also the room we had did have an awful view. The showers are not well designed, water is running out when showering, the whole bathroom was wet afterwards. There were only two coffee machines at breakfast which took forever to make coffee.

The hotel was elegant, clean, rich breakfast, gorgeous pool. But the location disappointed me, it wasn’t beachfront like it was presented on the website, it was quite far, ~12 min, 950m

The minibar is not working, I informed the reception, without effect, although they promised to fix it the next day. Coffe machine in the room without coffe or tea, only 2 sachets of sugar… Also the minibar had only 2 bottles of water… to hot for very hot days! At 4 stars, I expected it to be full ! I’m sorry, a superb hotel that still needs improvements in service… for 4 stars!

The property is great, everything there was brand new and looks luxurious

The heated swimming pool was a lie. It wasnt heated, or at least not enough. I was freezing just with my legs in.

Clean room and nice polls, shame about the hoirs for slides! just 2 h in total per day and not always functional!

no animation for kids in sept! Carrefull if you travel with kids!!! No entertaiment!! It s not acceptable for a 4 star hotel!! No drinks for dinner, except water and coffee!!😪

New location, very clean, very nice view, the food was good quality and enough for everyone , cofee at breakfast very good.

The distance from the sea 15 min walking. The hotel was new and at the beginning of its journey that is why I will mention here some things but I am convinced that the management will change things over the months. - no fridge in the room and no minibar, not even a bottle of water - the pool was not finished, the water slide not functional - no towels at the pool - the air conditioner in room was controlled by the reception - the butter at breakfast was left outside, every day, and it was melted. - they did not refill the shower gel in 4 days, we needed to buy ourselves( for a 4 star hotel it shouldn’t be the case) - no slippers, no rope in the room

The hotel is modern, breakfast was very tasty, the room was clean and very nice. In the evening there was entertaining with different activities. The beach was clean, spacious with included umbrellas and sunbeds.

The beach is 10 minutes walk. For the parking you need to pay and it is very expensive 30 lei/hour.

Not enough parking places. Impolite attitude of the receptionist. Scarce breakfast. At 9:45 they were closing the food area. Not enough toiletries (only soap and 4 packs of cotton pads and cotton buds), the shampoo recipient in the shower was empty).
