- The pool was nice - Location is near the center - Coffee was good - Great policy for not reserving a pool chair all day, if you leave the chair is vacant, unlike other places where they leave a towel and come at the end of the day to take a seat. - Hotel staff is polite

- Bed was hard as a rock - Breakfast was below average - Parking area a bit far from the hotel - Bathroom is super small

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice pool area, very helpful staff, good coffee @ breakfast.

Plates at breakfast buffet were dirty, and the restaurant was not very well ventilated (too warm inside). It is not very close to the beach.

The rooms were clean, and newly renovated, breackfast was good and the staff was helpfull.

The room was small, shower water preassure was really low, and the toilet was set really low.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Caraiman! The highlight of my visit was definitely the swimming pool—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the organized transportation to the beach and back, which was a huge time and energy saver. The entertainment options were a pleasant surprise, with great activities for both adults and kids. It kept everyone engaged and added a lot of fun to our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday.

One of the best hotels you will find in Neptun (if not the best). Even from the arrival we were greated by nice and friendly personell. They told us where to park the car. The room was already available before w check-in. Room even if small is very clean and nice, the bed comfortable. There is also a small balcony. The food is very good and always fresh. A big plus for the two pools and the sunbeds. Also recently there is available a couple of tuk tuks for transportation from and to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for your next vacation !!

Amazing food - natural home-made ingredients used for general buffet. Great atmosphere and warm welcome for the guests - big atention paid to little details which really make you feel appreciated. Big congrats to the management team! Big investments as compred to prior year - each year we come there’s something new and exciting to enjoy. Can’t wait to be back!

Small details missing(hangers in the bathroom, sufficient space to organize your toiletries in the bathroom,extra chair in the room, details to use the tv). Bathroom shower had some leeks and a portion of the floor got flooded at every shower.

The hotel was tastefully renovated. Everything was clean and new. Very good quality! Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We loved our stay there regardless of the few shortcomings.

The bathroom is really, really small with no sink counter space. Shower cabin is very tiny too. We travelled with a baby. While everything else was great, it was very difficult to push the stroller up and down the steep ramps around and inside the hotel. Pool bar service could be improved. Clients were selectively served their order by the pool, while others had to carry their own orders.
