Very close to the beach, but parking is on a first come first served basis.

Poor management of people at breakfast and lunch. Queues, people cutting lines, could have been avoided by starting breakfast earlier and allowing for different waves of people coming in.

Pet friendly, helpful staff, good restaurant. Very good value for money (not a 5-star hotel but it has everything you need, a big parking lot, an excellent restaurant - I have to admit I didn't expect to find free beer and soda at breakfast and lunch. Nice garden, close to the beach and pet-friendly rooms it was a bonus for us.

Perhaps they could install a water dispenser in the lobby (even a paid one would be fine) for the night. It is more like a suggestion than a don't like think.

Fresh repaired rooms with incredible sea view. Nice big water-pool. Secured car-parking. A lot of bars, restaurants and small shops are near the hotel. The meal was good and diversed enough. Very good price/quality ratio for the high season in that region

Very low and dangerous parapets on balconies (railings), especialy for children. Think it is necessary to modernise them to prevent possible accidents. Also I didn't see the fire alarm what is also quite risky. The hotel's beach was closed (under reconstruction) and the nearest beach is not useful, it's dificult to enter the sea for swiming because of stones.

- the furniture in the room looks new - the bed is comfortable - I liked that we had a small couch in the room - I liked that we could travel with our dog (we paid 50 lei / night) - the staff was really nice and they did not show any problem with us and other people that were having dogs with them on holiday. They were friendly even with our dogs. - the room was clean - the bathroom was nicely designed and gave us the sensation of comfort - the breakfast was really tasty and we had various options ( I don't eat meat and even so, I had various options to choose from): the tomatoes with parmesan were very tasty, the fruits were fresh and tasty, the sour cream with dill was a very tasty dish, the bread was fluffy and fresh

- the shower pressure is a little bit slow on the 4th floor but I liked that we had hot water

The staff was very nice. The room itself, including the bathroom, was nice, seemed recently renovated. However, finishing touches were missing. Looked like they forgot to cover the repairs and to repaint. Seaview: indeed you could see the sea, but you also had to ignore the restaurant and pool which were between the back of the hotel and the sea. So don't expect the sea in your "balcony". The food was ok, not the best tasting, but you also didn't go hungry

Exterior of the hotel really needs a facelift. From outside it looked like a 2 star hotel. The inside of the hotel, overall, was also very old and not well maintained. Not so much food variety. And not so well organized. For example 6-7 coffee machines (which was great), but only 1 thermos for milk. Amenities could be better for price you pay.

Diverse, fresh and satisfying breakfast.All-inclusive lunch with two types of soup and many main course options, then juices, beer, cakes and more.Air conditioning in every room, refrigerator, balconies in the rooms, TV in every room. Very civilized and common sense. I will be back!

Nothing really.

The hotel is close to the beach, the view is great, all the personnel was very nice, the room was very clean and big enough, the restaurant is great. The walk path on the beach is also close to the hotel so you can enjoy the great view on the seaside, walking after the dinner and in the early morning. Thank you!

I think but maybe I`m wrong, that the prices for the value are quite high, especially out of season.

Clean place, close to the beach. I really liked that the location is pet friendly and no one has had any issue with the dog. The beach also allows dogs and that is great.

The food menu was not so great and what I really disliked was the policy that doesn't allow guests to take a cup of coffee in the morning to the room. The coffee can only be served in the restaurant and there is a coffee machine on the hall way. Howsoever, the coffee from the coffee machine was horrible and if I pay for meals included, I would like to be able to drink a coffee in my hotel room. Also, small room for a " superior" one. Also, I disliked the fact that smoking is not allowed at pool although it is located outdoor.

The reception manager was extremely nice, offered a free upgrade to my room and free late check-out at 3 pm. The room was very nice, clean, with a beautiful seaview.

We had no water due to some construction or improvements to the old buildings. All the hotels in the area were missing water for 2 days, so it was not their fault.

Best place for a wonderful holiday. Very clean, wonderful and helpful staff, and fantastic sea view.

Maybe a bit more variety for breakfast, but overall nothing to complain really.
