Clean, reception staff perfectly trained, good position, nice facilities

Restaurant staff was the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant m, except 1 waiter who helped us finally order something after 45 min of waiting ( the other waiters were passing by as we were invisible) I know that we go to the seaside to have fun but we also need rest, the music played loud at the restaurant untill 00:00 sharp, so if you get a room on pool side, you get also a “free ticket to the show”. I would stop around 22:00 with the loud music/ shows

-They have late check-out and very flexible in options. -food is ok, -restaurant open space is very nice, -all staff is extremly friendly. -Pool is clean. Activities for kids… very nice place. - Pizza is very good, the food bar is a good option at a decent price, - the staff makes this place to be very competitive as they are very friendly and helpfull, and there is a lot of staff.

-There is an issue near the pool, some water drain made of metal, a 40m long metal strip, 10 cm widh, close to pool, perfect place to cut your feet fingers. Can’t understand how is possible in such a nice place nobody saw this metals with gaps to repair/change design. All kids are playing around there and are at risk. Should be easy to fix in order to make the place safe. -There is no intrest in parking management… bad parking with lots of cars bloking front entrance over night. - strange sounds in the night from fridge/bathroom…

I loved the whole hotel experience in 2022. This summer- not that much. Some aspects got worse. Still a pleasant hotel,just not as good as I rembered. Food-varied choice. Room- clean Reception staff- generally good with one exception(see below) Entertainment in the evenings - great

When I spoke to one reception staff about the bathroom sink drainage being blocked, she told me to try and fix it myself🤣- not my job. No kettle or coffee/ tea facilities in the room. No safe in the rooms even though they are advertised as available. On a couple of occasions, when I asked the staff for some extra food that ran out during breakfast, they said they haven't got anymore.😅I am certain they had some extra cereals in that kitchen.Just got that feeling that they couldn't be bothered to get some more!

- hotel layout and design - modern room with all amenities - comfy bed - good continental breakfast - pool area and lounge was always super clean and spacious with towels for all loungers and pool toys for kids and grown-ups - live music in the evenings - a lot of lounge area to sit and relax - all rooms had balconies - staff cleaned every day

- getting coffee in the morning was a challenge as the espresso machines were not the fastest - terrace/restaurant did not serve any of pizza dishes mentioned in the menu - terrace/pool bar could not serve any gin cocktails or frappe style coffees one day (same day, how can they remain out of milk I didn't get)

- excellent conditions in room - we had AC, comfy bed - very clean room - breakfast was excellent, except the location was packed in the morning

- music from terrace is too loud and can be heard in the rooms - bathroom is a bit small for a 4 star hotel - breakfast is excellent, but is too crowded because there is a short program (only 2 hours) - a bit far from the breach

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant is nicely decorated and breakfast is really good. The pool is clean, loungers are comfortable and towels are also provided. They even had charging station for our car and it was free of charge. Early check in was also not a problem.

Location is accessible, a lot of parking spots. Breakfast was wery good, a lot of options to choose from. At the pool they gave us towels and the option to order directly from the pool.

Room was not quiet, you can hear the music from their restaurant, you can't turn off the light from balcony (you don't have any switch for it, it's for the hotel design). The bathroom was too small.

It is like seeing a hotel coming back to life. Really liked how the interiors were refreshed, I think on the outside there is still some work to be done. Bed mattress is amazing and offered a restful sleep. Breakfast was excellent and a large variety of food to choose from. Also there are 6 coffee machines so you rarely stay at a line in a busy morning. The outside restaurant is nicely set up, looking like the Amazon forest :)

Even if the cleanliness was decent, we had a large yellow spot on our cover, but because of the light you couldn't see it clear sometimes and I think cleaning staff missed it. Also I think you need to do something with the smoke detection system (add some detectors in the bathrooms) as during our stay it was smelling as cigar smoke in the bathroom multiple times.

Our room was clean and each day of the stay we had housekeepers come to make out the room. The waiters had a nice way of talking and presenting themselves, something a bit out of the ordinary which is the reason I wanted to point it out here. I think everything was brand new so no issues there. Nice design and comfortable bed. Breakfast is really good and I’d say it’s better than most I’ve experienced (including fresh pastry, a range of yogurts and fruit salad). They have a nice pool side bar. Big parking, which is a plus.

The restaurant was a bit of a dissapointment at dinner( again, the waiters were excellent and extremely well behaved especially with a few rude customers), since it was not that good considering the price. I did order ribs and my girlfriend their snitzel, and my ribs were kinda cold and not that tasty to be honest. I expected a bit more, but I’d give it a pass since it was a bit crowded at the time and the hotel was open only during 1st of May and would reopen again in June, so maybe during open season the experience would be different. Also, it would be nice to diversify the menu more.

Recently renovated and with nice design, it was clean, but lacking in amenities. There are plenty of options at breakfast.

The hotel was full, and common areas could not accommodate all (crowded breakfast, not enough parking spaces). Breakfast options were much more limited on Sunday morning than previous days. Very loud music from the restaurant in the evening makes it impossible to sleep early and annoying to even stay in the room until 23:30.
