The gardens and the pool were amazing. There was a lot of effort put into maintaining them spot on! Great staff! The breakfast was good in a traditional way but the dishes from the restaurant menu were not so special.

The room was clean but there were some things we didn’t like there, like the old AC unit which had a big leak on the wall. Some missing wood frame on the wall that didn’t look ok for a 4 star hotel.

We loved the resort's green areas, very beautiful and well maintained. The room size was big enough for two quite large people, the balcony was great for drying towels from the beach and the swimwear, bonus: views of green, lush trees. Even if the balcony was facing the street, it was quiet most of the times and relaxing. The AC made the stay bearable, since it was very hot in august. The hotel staff was accomodating to our needs and the breakfast was very good and diverse.

The beds could be larger and it would be great if the cleaners would refresh the bathroom more thoroughly.

Amazing property! The room was clean and well positioned. The pool looks great and the breakfast is more then fair. One thing that makes the place truly unique though, is the garden. They have an absolutely amazing garden. I have never seen such a beautiful garden in a resort in Romania, even though there are some that should have it for the prices they ask for. It is a great experience to walk around the resort both during the day and during the evening. I totally recommend Dana Resort.

The hotel was really good. Exactly like in the pictures. Our apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The gardens were also beautiful. The food in the restaurant was very good too compared to the other restaurants in the area.

After we checked in and got our room we noticed that the toilets were dirty even though the "Disinfected" ribbon was placed on them. The lady at the reception sent someone to clean but still managed to do a sloppy job. One can also notice that the bathrooms, although in good condition, were not renovated by professionals. The pool could also use a cleaning from time to time. There were some black pieces of mold or something in the water. Another thing that we didn't like, but has nothing to do with the hotel, is the resort. Once you step out of the hotel you see that Venus is in a state of neglect and disrepair.

Quiet place with a beautiful garden

In the reception the TV is very loud and because of that communication is difficult. The beach chairs are not free for the quests. You have to pay half a price. At the beach they asked us a different amount of what the receptionist told us. The beach has a building in construction on the back and is very noise. We had to find another places to stay more beautiful and quiet. The chairs cover are not clean and people who charge you for the chair do not give you receipt.

Garden and location is perfect; restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. Pool is clean and there is space enough at each hour.

Balcony door didn’t close properly, door between rooms the same, didn’t stay close only locked with key ; bad TV signal in both rooms; spider webs under the washing sink and behind furniture .

Exceeded all my expectations, the lush garden and inviting swimming pool created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation, gym allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine. What truly made my stay memorable was the friendly staff, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this resort.

The staff were excellent and always helpful and polite. The pool was lovely, the restaurant was good. The view from the balcony was nice. It was good to have a good TV with access to good channels, especially as we were there when the weather was not great.

The garden is very beautiful, the pool is big. We received an upgrade for the room which was very nice from the staff. Also, the pool table was nice. The staff were respectful and helpful.

Everything was good, nothing to dislike.

This resort has an unique charm, probably because of its beautiful variety of trees and plants. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and it has a decent size for the capacity of the resort. The staff is very decent, friendly and helpful.
