Been very impress about the cleanliness. The mattress was 5 star. Lovely pool with a lot of features. The hotel is a 3 star but an easily be a 4!

The food at the restaurant was cheap and cheerful but maybe will be a good idea to increase the price and the quality of food in the same time.

Sunqiest hotel is a very good value for money family hotel. The staff, the facilities, activities for the children were great. Really appreciate the hard work of the people that are working there to make the vacation as relaxing as possible. Keep up the good work! We will come back next year!

The exra bed was just a joke, it was just a very thin matters over an iron frame. Very hard to get a good rest.

super clean, friendly staff, even they dont really speak english but they still try their best to help. food was good, playground was amazing n parking was good too. near kauffland so we can buy necessities.

just need a better map or direction to the beach. and maybe add kettle in the rooms.

The hotel itself was clean, had all the necessary amenities that anyone would need, the restaurant had good food, the restaurant staff was nice, close to the beach (~10 minutes by foot), the rooms are modern and have everything you need.

The reception hotel staff are very rude, they simply don't give a damn about hospitality, respect towards their clients and they treat everyone with the most utter dry respect and conversations. As an example, when we checked in, the AC unit didn't work at all (it was fixed after we waited around 30 minutes), but the reception staff didn't literally care that someone has a problem. The parking lot of the hotel has not sufficient space for all cars to be parked there, and the reception staff was so uninterested about this problem that they told me to park in a spot where the parking was illegal (that spot is usually reserved for emergencies), and the receptionist told me as long as she gives me "permission" I can park there. At the check-out, the same receptionists were very annoyed that I've interrupted him and her from their phones, and when I've been asked to hand over the parking card, which I didn't knew about it at all and they were crossed with me when I told them that I didn't knew about this and it was especially their job to notify me about this thing. To enter and exit the hotel premises (without having the parking card as we did) with the car, you have to ring and wait at the hotel reception, if you don't do this, you can't get out. Lastly, our room had breakfast included and absolutely no one told us that only certain foods are included, and you have an maximum amount of 70 RONi on a card that you need to use. If you go above 70 RONi, you have to pay by yourself and no one either from the reception hotel or the restaurant mentions this. It was a horrible experience with the staff, since the staff is rude, unethical, unprofessional, they don't care and they only want to do nothing and especially the reception hotel staff needs to be fired entirely form my point of view.
