The location, the silence, the garden, the view, the reception. We liked the vibe overall the garden was great for relaxing and eating a breakfast taken from somewhere. There is no restaurant, but that was no issue. We also found the location very well placed both in regards to the beach and in regards to the festival we've attended.

That the cleaning was only performed at around 10 am, when we were sleeping as we came for a festival, and when we specifically asked the cleaning staff who was one room away from ours, they replied that they would clean our room, and then they didn't in one of the days. The problem with the cleaning doesn't affect families that go to their breakfast early, but surely affect couples in their 20-30s. They should rethink this if they expect other demographics than usual. Furthermore, when we arrived there was no toilet paper, but after we asked at the reception we received the rolls. And they even offered to give us free toothbrushes

very clean, modern, the rooms are equiped with all that you need for a nice holiday, walk distance from the beach, the stuff is very nice.

the breakfast is not served at the property, you receive a card and you at a restaurant nearby- not so many choices for breakfast at that restaurant, but this is not the property fault. also, it’s nice that you receive a card so you can use those money also for lunch or dinner at that restaurant.

The place the surroundings ,the amenities and the beautiful yard for my child.. it's a kid friendly and the staff is very nice. They clean so well the room and make it smell nice. I will definitely come back here..the parking is very accessible as well

A suggestion to put a squeegee in the bathroom In case of unexpected splashing of water to the floor, so it will be easy to clean the floor and get dry faster

Clean rooms, nice place, great playground.

The breakfast is NOT in the building, you have to take an 8 minute walk, which isn't great with kids. The apartment has a bedroom with good bed but no AC, the sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable but has AC.

Great room, comfy, friendly staff. Modern room and TV (didn't use the TV so not sure what was available). Fridge in room. Very nice lobby and garden.

Not much of a view and a bit far to walk to the sea but considering the price it's awesome value :) Fridge had a heavy food smell... I guess previous guests kept food and didn't leave it open to air after leaving.

Overall the hotel is nice and clean,towels were being changed every day,room also cleaned everyday.The garden is nice,relaxing and big,the trees in the garden offer a nice shade in the hot weather,kids park is really nice.Abot 10 minutes walk to the beach(which is a mud beach).

The sofa bed was squeaking pretty bad!!Needs to be looked at!Room 327. There were 3 sets of stairs I had to go up and down with a 1 year old,few times a day(no lift🫣)maybe this is something you should look into and not give rooms on the 3rd floor to families and young children. Bathroom is a bit outdated,quite rusty around and under the sink. I asked for a tea spoon to feed the baby and I have been told they can't borrow me one!Odd!Maybe you should invest in some wooden ones in case someone will request one in the future,those can't be taken😊!

I liked the location, the view beside the location, the people from reception were very kind and very supportive, and always being there to help. I like the room, it was very clean, very comfortable and we had all the things that we need for the stay in that room.

I wouldn't say i didn't like it but the value of meal tickets was very low in comparative with the prices offered by restaurant la Foisoare. When a hotel says the breakfast is included, he need to ensure that every day we can buy and eat a certain level in order to have all covered for all the stay. As an example. for our stay of 4 days, the last day we had to pay ourselves the breakfast because the amount that was charged by the hotel for breakfast it wasn't enough.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, towels were changed whenever requested. There's a luggage room available so you can leave our bags and go to the beach. Guest parking was available. The garden with various tables and playground for kids were certainly a plus.

The location is a bit off from the beach. Several options are available and within walking distance but that means a 10-15 minutes walk.

The location is good, not very far from the beach and on a quiet street. They offer breakfast in a separate location at the edge of the beach and we found the food there always fresh. The hotel itself is great for families with small children as they have a nice playground and shaded benches in the hotel yard. All rooms have AC which was a big help in the really hot August weather. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Even though there was no safe in the room the reception offers a safe service which we didn't use in the end even though we had a laptop and several other electronics with us that we left in the room.

The downside was not with the hotel but with the resort. The sidewalks, where they existed were broken and the children tripped many times. Venus resort could use an upgrade!

This is solely based on our experience. We good a room at the backyard which was very quiet. The ones at the front yard are noisy because there are people staying on the outdoor terrace until 2am drinking and talking. Lounge and outside area are really nice but the rooms are from 1980. Overall good value for money Very nice and friendly staff There's 8 minutes to the beach but the walk is a pleasant one

No elevator Except for the first floor, the rest of the hotel looks like the 1980s. The rooms are old but they do the job. The shower area is not really appealing.
