very clean, modern, the rooms are equiped with all that you need for a nice holiday, walk distance from the beach, the stuff is very nice.

the breakfast is not served at the property, you receive a card and you at a restaurant nearby- not so many choices for breakfast at that restaurant, but this is not the property fault. also, it’s nice that you receive a card so you can use those money also for lunch or dinner at that restaurant.

I liked the location, the view beside the location, the people from reception were very kind and very supportive, and always being there to help. I like the room, it was very clean, very comfortable and we had all the things that we need for the stay in that room.

I wouldn't say i didn't like it but the value of meal tickets was very low in comparative with the prices offered by restaurant la Foisoare. When a hotel says the breakfast is included, he need to ensure that every day we can buy and eat a certain level in order to have all covered for all the stay. As an example. for our stay of 4 days, the last day we had to pay ourselves the breakfast because the amount that was charged by the hotel for breakfast it wasn't enough.

Overall the hotel is nice and clean,towels were being changed every day,room also cleaned everyday.The garden is nice,relaxing and big,the trees in the garden offer a nice shade in the hot weather,kids park is really nice.Abot 10 minutes walk to the beach(which is a mud beach).

The sofa bed was squeaking pretty bad!!Needs to be looked at!Room 327. There were 3 sets of stairs I had to go up and down with a 1 year old,few times a day(no lift🫣)maybe this is something you should look into and not give rooms on the 3rd floor to families and young children. Bathroom is a bit outdated,quite rusty around and under the sink. I asked for a tea spoon to feed the baby and I have been told they can't borrow me one!Odd!Maybe you should invest in some wooden ones in case someone will request one in the future,those can't be taken😊!

This is solely based on our experience. We good a room at the backyard which was very quiet. The ones at the front yard are noisy because there are people staying on the outdoor terrace until 2am drinking and talking. Lounge and outside area are really nice but the rooms are from 1980. Overall good value for money Very nice and friendly staff There's 8 minutes to the beach but the walk is a pleasant one

No elevator Except for the first floor, the rest of the hotel looks like the 1980s. The rooms are old but they do the job. The shower area is not really appealing.

The location is good, not very far from the beach and on a quiet street. They offer breakfast in a separate location at the edge of the beach and we found the food there always fresh. The hotel itself is great for families with small children as they have a nice playground and shaded benches in the hotel yard. All rooms have AC which was a big help in the really hot August weather. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Even though there was no safe in the room the reception offers a safe service which we didn't use in the end even though we had a laptop and several other electronics with us that we left in the room.

The downside was not with the hotel but with the resort. The sidewalks, where they existed were broken and the children tripped many times. Venus resort could use an upgrade!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, towels were changed whenever requested. There's a luggage room available so you can leave our bags and go to the beach. Guest parking was available. The garden with various tables and playground for kids were certainly a plus.

The location is a bit off from the beach. Several options are available and within walking distance but that means a 10-15 minutes walk.

- location at max 8 minutes to the closest beach - the staff was very friendly and helpful - the yard is just perfect, specially for families with small children - quiet area, mostly after 10 PM - great price.

- I had no idea how my room will look, just the pictures from booking with the renovated rooms; unfortunately, our room was the smallest ever, no space to cross each other, very old furniture, the balcony was a joke. - Not so clean in the shower area, with small flyes, also spiders in the room, it could be a little better, but the general feeling is that I would come back here, just to be in a renovated room.

The staff was very helpful and they provided everything we needed. The room was big (we stayed in an apartment), clean and airy, though the furniture was a bit outdated. I liked that we could use the card for any meal, not just for the breakfast.

The fridge was old and it heated. I think it would have worked better if they had removed the door of the closet it was in. The cleaning liquid they used to wash the floors was not diluted and it smelled very intensely for a long time. But it was jus a detail and it did not bother us too much.

Very modern and stylish hotel! Clean rooms! Well-designed furniture. Great facilities: playground, amazing garden with chill music, bar with drinks. Quiet, within an amazing green area! Will definitely come back! :)

Nothing, all was great!! :)) Would be great for the future to offer breakfast at the location, but it's just a suggestion, not a minus, as we were able to nicely use the outdoor tables and serve our own breakfast :).

Great entrance, really pleasant smell, all renovated

I requested a double bed and got a twin. The socket near the bed didn't work. Nobody to help with the luggage and no elevator. The lady at the reception didn't even bother to look if there was any other room available. We traveled as a couple and got to sleep in different beds.
