The hotel position is great if you want a quiet relaxing time. The hotel staff was great. Room cleaning was done daily. Treatment and spa facilities are a plus, and they give discounts for travelers that are staying also in the hotel. The room I stayed in had a renovated bathroom. Breakfast was a standard one, for me it was good.

The room furniture needs an update. The TV is using an analog connection to the wall. Some of the channels can't be seen because of the faulty connection. There is free wireless, but no internet on it.

Basically, the room, the bed and the TV were much bigger than in the pictures, which was great. Also, my room was ready by 12 pm, so I could check upon my arrival, which I also wasn't expecting. The food was great (I had dinner and breakfast) and the staff was kind and helpful. No wonder the hotel is always fully booked :)

Hotel Doina in Neptun is also well known for the medical treatment and not only as accommodation. The hotel is situated near the railway stop and the bus station and in front of a small, quiet, commercial center named bazar. Neptun is full of greenery, the beach is not faraway and the two lakes, full of water lilies and swans, are just amazing.

A better organisation of the hotel and a better choice of the staff.

Everything was excellent and we end up to extend our 12 days vacation with a few more days. Diversified breakfast, fresh and tasty products. You can also buy lunch buffet or order a la carte, same with the dinner. As for the bar, you have to try the decof frappe. Thank you very much to all staff, for sure we'll be back.

Limited.menu at breakfast and dinner. No fresh fruit and little salad variety. The food was okay but had better in similar star hotels. Lots.of.nice places to eat.nearby though..

Great location, close to the sea with lots of green space in the nearby. Medical Center with swimming pool is a big asset.
