big apartment with really big balcony - 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub - almost fully equipped kitchen (no oven) with big fridge - check-in earlier if the apartment is free (this is our second stay, we checked in at 4pm, but the first time was at 12pm, when we arrived) - close to beach Belona (10-15min by foot) - Central location - helpful staff

no one came to check on the garbage and toilet paper, we had to take out the trash ourselves amd ask for toilet paper - non-sustenabile toiletries - samples of shower gel (1 sample per person for the whole stay) and little bar soaps - no parking space, it's prioritised to those who stay in apartments with view to the sea (or some other criteria), we had to park on the pavement - the restaurant of the hotel is closed

Clean spacious luxury apartment

No pans, no cleaning for 3 days They could use with someone changing towels daily if needed and more pans, pots, etc, so you can actually use the kitchen

The property was very clean and large rooms with private bathroom

Should be a little more equipped in the kitchen and the little sofa is not extendable

The view to the Black Sea.

The room was very clean and big. It has its own temperature control. The beds were very comfy, they had 2 types of pillows, the extra ones were in the closet. Very bright and spacious apartment.

Beside the noise from other apartments, because the walls were so thin, the kitchen was completely empty, just 4 glasses. We had some issues with closing the door, they have some fancy lock. The receptionist didn’t manage to help us, and called the lady in charge. Her attitude was so bad, saying “what the hell should I do?” and yelling at the receptionist…
