The hotel was very well furbished with great location - just next to the beach. Clean, HVAC equipped with multiple options for room size and view.

Could use some more parking spots. Also felt kind of rushed at breakfast. Staff seemed overwhelmed and on fast-forward to get you out of the room. Would have liked to enjoy the coffee without having a hand-vacuum swiping my mug.

Internet connection was missing in the room (signal was probably too weak), despite the hotel having Internet connectivity overall.

The apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable.

The shower needed some work done… there was a pool in the entire bathroom everytime we were taking a shower. The food … not so good

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. The hotel is near the beach and the breakfast was included I highly recomend this hotel

I liked the rooms. They looked pretty nice and clean.

I didn't like the parking lot. There were no longer available. I asked the receptionist a few days before our arrival if the parking lot needs reservation and she said no. We trusted her and when we arrived the parking lot wasn't available. There were other people who parked there. They weren't even the hotel's customers. The bathroom wasn't well equipped. There are other 3 stars hotels that are better than Belona . And the worst thing is that the apartment we reserved didn't have a balcony.
