- the place is quite central but not so noisy as is the central streets (with many cars and old trams); -close to main city's landmarks; -the amenities were very nice (all you need for bathroom, espresso coffee maker with spare, water and ...a beer; -the self checkin system is very fast and convenient; -the owner was also very fast to communicate after reservation; - the bed is amazing comfortable and the room looks cozy;

- one of the neighbour in other room was a family with children and they were very noisy daytime and early evenings, running alot in the room; - traffic can be an issue for people very sensitive to noise, although is not so crowded as on other large/main streets (but I was staying only Sunday to Monday night); - at the shower they should improve with a curtain or a glass cabin to secure the water spreading around;

The room was very big, the kitchen is well enough equipped, and everything was sparkling clean. Everything has a look of newness and comfort. Location is also great, took me some 12 minutes to get to Palas by foot, in a lazy walk. Neighbourhood felt safe (I returned to the accommodation alone well after midnight and the streets were well lit). I would have probably liked a room in the upper level with proper windows for a longer stay but having spent only a night, this wasn't an issue.

It's not a big thing but at the entrance you're asked to put on plastic slippers and I did so but they were extremely slippery on the carpeting and I almost fell while going downstairs so I gave up doing that (sorry!)

The hotel is very central, very clean, has all the necessary amenities and the staff is really nice. We booked a few rooms for friends coming in to visit and everyone was very happy with their stay. The communication with the staff was really good, they helped us out with everything we needed. The location is great, it's in walking distance to the city center (Stefan cel Mare Boulevard), the biggest shopping center (Palas Mall) and to public transportation. Pay attention when booking - there are some rooms with small windows. Shouldn't be an issue if you plan on being out in the city the whole day but might be important for some. All in all we would recommend this place and would book again for our friends when they come visit.

Amada CC is located approx. 1 km from train station and less than 1 km to the city center, that is very useful. Big supermarket is very near. Room was spaceful, with big fridge, large bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean and new. The linen is very soft.

Check-in at 3PM is IMO little bit late, but we asked the staff and they made our room ready earlier. In kitchen I missed a kettle and normal glasses - just two small wine glasses on stem seems to be not enough (there were also two mugs and some plates). The sponge missed too.

Host was very friendly and amiable, he was very quick when answering our questions about the air conditioning system. Flawless check in system and instructions, the room was cosy and clean, and the location is in close proximity to city center while being very quiet at the same time.

Nothing that is in the hosts control; unfortunately, while the location is indeed great, it isn't very pedestrian friendly, so I felt a bit uneasy crossing the road without pedestrian crossings, or not having enough room to walk on the sidewalk due to parked cars.

Smelled / looked very clean. Clear instructions sent to aid entering the building / room. Great location. Felt secure. Quiet area. Very accommodating staff, whenever I had a question it was answered & help kindly provided. Plenty of space in the room. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided. Thank you.

I struggled to locate the entrance at night in the dark. Perhaps a sign with the name of the property on the outside of the gate would help? Also, maybe a bottle of water to be left in the fridge for guests would be welcome.

Honestly the staff is amazing. They were kind enough to receive the luggage at 7:30-8 so we can enjoy the surroundings without any weight on us. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, everything was in place just like on the photos advertised. And they are equiped with everything, even with an iron so you can smooth out the clothes. I cannot stress how enjoyable the staying was, if I could give them more than 10, I would.

Great hotel and hostess, 1. Сozy room 2. Small kitchen - hob, refrigerator 3. convenient location 4. quiet in the room, hotel and outside (there are private houses around) 5. huge supermarket 200 meters from the hotel 6. welcome coffee, hot chocolate 7. the shower is not clogged. It is a rarity:)

The room is very clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need, and more. as well as coffee and coffee machine. Personal are very friendly. I and my wife weren't embarrassed by the small windows, we were walking around the city. In addition, the design of the room is very harmonious. Good location - just 3-5 a minute walk to the city center.

I was on a business trip, and I consider this location perfect. It is very close to the center of Iasi, you can walk to reach the important interesting objective of the city. Everything is new and high quality. The staff is doing the job, you just notice, nobody is bothering you. Everything you need, they can provide. For sure I will come again, not only for business but for pleasure.
