The hotel is near the Palace of Culture, very close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with everything you need (towels, toiletries, kettle and minibar). Breakfast was good with plenty of options (meat, vegetables, eggs, cheese, fruits, cereals). They provided a package for us as we left early in the morning with two sandwiches, yogurts, pastries, apple and water.

There are nearby terraces that are quite noisy but this not something that the hotel can control.

The room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable big bed and everything you might need as amenities and toiletries. The staff is polite and friendly, breakfast was alright, the location great. They let me have a late checkout of 5 hours, for which I payed a quarter of the entire room’s price.

I would have liked a better variety in bread-they only had white bread (and not a good one ) and a better quality for coffee beans is needed actually. The espresso machines are quite outdated and need replacement.

The hotel was top tier and close to the main city attractions. The room was large with a private bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect with. The included breakfast was terrific with a large selection to choose from.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like, but I wish the price was lower.

Was not having high expectations, since it is a quite old hotel and thought it would be very outdated. Yes, the design is a bit vintage, but it only adds to the charm. - Minibar - filled to the brim with everything you might need. - Bathroom - modern and clean and well equipped - Bed, pillows and linens - one of the cleanest and softest I have slept in - Decor - slightly outdated but clean and works well - Room - got with the front view to the mall - super nice. In fact I would go ahead and give the hotel a 10/10 for keeping up with the standards and making this gem of a hotel shine in the middle of enchantful Iasi. Close to mall, close to the Palace, ideal location and just absolute perfection. Will definetly be staying here again next time I'm in town :) Good job to the hotel management and staff. Breakfast was actually very good, with plenty of options of both sweet and salty. Eggs and bread and even cake. Coffee machines with good coffee (though one was a bit wonky and needed fixing but the staff found a good way to make it work). Clean and nice - though perhaps lose the plastic table covers and put some nice clean white tablecloths instead. Instead of a 4 stat hotel, the breakfast room looks like a suburb bodega :)

All was fine, nothing to object to in fact. I kinda wish I could, was expecting the slight communistic vibe would have something that would put me off, but no, it even added to the hotel charm.

Even though the hotel isn't newly renovated, it is very well taken care of and very clean. Everything is fair, the staff is very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the room service pizza...delicious!

The bed mattress was uneven and it felt like it had some holes on the sides, so not very comfortable. And the TV screen is very very small.

Well, this Iasi hotel has certainly made it onto my list of favorites, even though it can be a bit elusive with its pricing. The rooms are like hidden treasures, definitely worth the splurge. One minor drawback – there are no balconies to wave to the world from. I highly recommend it; the staff's charm is included in the package. And as for their beds and pillows? They practically whisper sweet dreams, making it perfect for anyone seeking a cozy slumber experience!

Great location, large room, nice soft sheets, coffee & tea and a kettle ( that’s a must have for a 10 stars rating:) The breakfast had plenty options. A 10+ for the scrambled eggs nicely cooked and the fresh ground coffee. There are plenty of lounge areas including the bistro cafe bar - the chocolate soufflé is best!:) And the staff exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and professional.

Great location, clean and spacious room. Good sound proofing, considering we travelled for NYE and we had a party ongoing downstairs. Nice breakfast.

The AC was malfunctioning and one room was getting only warm inflow, no matter the temperature set. We turned it off, but it took a day to cool down the room from 29 degC to 25, keeping the window open during the winter.

hotel is in the heart of the city, 1 min walking to Iasi Palace and Palace Mall, 2 min walking to main city attractions. Breakfast was good, room was clean daily

Finding a parking slot. If the guest notifies hotel that will come by car and requires a parking lot and should be pre-booked by hotel, Unfortunately anyone can park in front ( paid parking) and guests not familiar with the city will need to loose time looking for a space to park.

Staff was very service oriented, friendly and helpful. Hotel has a cozy feeling. Breakfast was excellent. Location is marvelous. Highly recommend.

Looking to identify something to improve, I would say: quality of pillows. That can definitely be improved! As a second thing, much less relevant - for such a nice breakfast, I think bread could be better, more "artisan" style. Just to do justice - breakfast is anyway very very good!
