Nice room for the price.

I didn't like the fact that the staff member lied me on the day before i get there (payment already made) that she'll issue an invoice. That didn't happen on the next day.It finally happened on the third, so if you want your invoice, prepare to wait and send text messages and calls in order to get it going. Also if you want it in paper, prepare to wait even more.

The location was excellent, very close to everything in the city center. The room was big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was equipped with everything one needs when traveling for business. The little fridge was filled with bottles of water and soft drinks at very decent prices. There was a coffee and tea maker in the hallway.

There was very heavy traffic until very late at night right outside my window so the room was noisy. Also the room was a bit cold because the city of Iasi has a central heating system and had not yet turned on the heating.

There is no kettle. I needed a glass of hot water for the baby, the hotel didn't have it.

I spent one night at the hotel - they accommodated my need of late check-in and early check-out. I am super happy with the location, price and cleanliness. I was a bit unsure about the parking facilities as they were on a side street - but everything turned out well so I can totally recommend them.

Conveniently located next to an airport bus stop and a tram terminal. You can see the hotel is a bit old but still well maintained. A fridge and a modern TV was a plus. The staff is helpful.

The street below is very noisy from the traffic, but only when you open the window. It was not obvious where to regulate the temperature at first.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, good location close to the mall and public transport.

The rooms are a bit small and the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbouring guests talking in their rooms.

Extremely comfortable bed, very well organised self check-in, very friendly staff.

The hotel is right in the middle of a busy intersection. The windows insulate well enough against the sound, but loud motorcycles and ambulances are inevitable.

For the money a great location. A few minor glitches can't ruin the overall impression. If to travel again, I would choose the same hotel.

No breakfast option in the restaurant.

Location was good, in a 15 minutes walk from the city center, a clean and quiet place to stay. Very friendly and polite stuff. Special thanks to Alexandra from reception.She was absolutely amazing welcoming and helping with information and assistance.
