For me, the most important was the excellent central location and reception open 24 hours. I liked that the room had a fan, chair and table with 2 glasses. Even rooms with shared bathrooms are a good option. Shared bathrooms are nice. The guy at the reception with no hair and long beard is super nice.

The ladies at the reception do not speak English and they will not even greet you back. Some lights in the room do not work.

The place has a central location near main city atractions. Bus stop to get to the airport is also close by. Room is basic (no thrills) but it was clean. Despite staff lacking English everything was well prepared for my arrival. I do not mind but some might - stairway without elevator and vibrations and noise from trams passing on the street below.

Price - location wise you will probably not find better, straight in the middle of town, easily accessible from the airport and walking distance from most landmarks. Staff wasn't strong on English, but we all understood just fine through basic comms. Room was also quite big for what you pay. Good pick for a quick stay in Iasi.

Might've been my case, but the sheets were a bit worn out during my stay, were not at the best of conditions. But nothing that affected my stay.

Great value for money, room looks exactly like on picture. For a one night stay it was perfect. Perfect location close to the main walking street of Iasi

I had the shared bathroom option, they tried to keep it clean but there was some hair in the shower and on the floor. Also the shower was putting the bathroom underwater.

The location is perfect — 10-15 minutes walking distance from all the central venues. It is convenient and awesome when you don't want to commute much.

I wouldn't say I don't like it, yet it is important to remember that it is situated near a tram line, so till late at night and from morning you might hear it pass near the building. This would be all.

Triple room - private bathroom - Everything is as in the photos, recently renovated, clean towels, bed sheets, room and bathroom cleaned and tidied up, essentials provided for the bathroom, very good value 4 money. -WiFi good reception and speed. - Heating and hot water available 24h. -Very good location

- Room’s window looks at the staircase of the building, thus it’s tinted making the room a quite dark. (Not a big issue though). - Passing trams create some vibration but nothing too annoying. - Some smell of sewage in the common area, comes mainly from the shared bathrooms, although no smell from the private bathroom sewage.

I went to Casa Bucovineana from a 3 star hotel and I can tell that the bed was more comfortable and my room cleaner. Overall I liked it better. I would go back because it is good value for the money and the location is perfect.

The only thing I didn't like is that it is a bit noisy, you can here everything in your room.

Excellent location in the center of the city, the room is absolutely consistent with the photos, the room is very clean and cozy. Friendly staff. The hotel is very beautiful and stylish, for lovers of aesthetics. I fell in love with this place!

The location was convinient, close to the center and to the bus station that takes you to the airport. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Having you own room for that price was great.

It was a bit noisy, waking several time during the night due to movement outside the room. The shared bathroom could be better equipped and feeling of safe use was not there for me.

Everything is super. Hotel is located in city center. Rooms are clean, comfortable, large... I definitly reccomend this hotel!
