This apartment is near the city center - 15-20 min by foot to the Palace of Culture and only 5-7 min by foot to Union Square which has a lot of restaurants, shops, and active city life. I liked the location. The apartment was very clean, big enough for 1 person, and a bottle of water and sticks of coffee were provided. The staff was kind and supportive. 24-hour check-in not available, but you can self-check-in with instructions via WhatsApp if you arrive late at night.

Iassium residence is very well located, close to the Al. I. Cuza University and University Library. The apartment was very large: a small bedroom and a large living room with kitchen. Everything was very clean and the staff is very helpful. Parking places are available right in front of the building. Breakfast is ordered daily for the next day (a la carte) and is brought to the room by the staff at the time indicated.

The building has no elevator. The furniture might look slightly worn-out at some details, but overall is in good shape. Parking places are rather small. Despite all the explanations provided by the hosts, entry to the parking is hard to see from the main boulevard if you are in the driver's seat.

Liked the space and how easy it is to check in and check out.

No paper towels or any kind of towels in the kitchen, no housekeeping information made available/known over check-in. The cleaning ladies were nice and friendly, but no information regarding whenever and how often they would clean the room. No complaints regarding the cleaning. They've shown up several times through our stay, even on Christmas day. Everything in the apartment was clean. It would have been nice to know when they cleaned so I could plan my morning to be out of the apartment at that time.

We stayed in one of the apartments at Iassium, and it was perfect. The photos don't do them justice -- they look much smaller in the pictures than they are in real life. Everything is spotless, the furniture is tasteful and very comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. While there is no 24/7 reception, there is always someone to help you nearby. The breakfast is great too, with plenty of choices, and it gets delivered straight to your room. The location is right between Copou park and the center, both of which are reachable on foot. There is a bit of noise from the nearby boulevard but nothing major, you can still sleep well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here a week during the winter holidays. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and landmarks, making it easy to go around the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bedroom was quiet, the living room was cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary appliances. The added bonus of having parking was a huge convenience and made it easy to come and go during my stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, they were always available to answer any questions or concerns. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend their apartments to anyone

The location was perfect, the room was large and the parking area was good.

The tv and the air conditioner were on the living room not the bedroom and the toilet was a bit small but as all it was good value for money.

I didn't take the breakfast. Excellent location. Room was quiet, except early in the morning when outside garbage was picked. I know it's not the hotel fault, still it was annoying.

Hotel could pay a little more attention to the cooking tools and available plates and cups.

Very nice apartment in the old part of the city, near most of the city objectives (max 20 minutes walking distance). Quiet place and comfy beds.

The bedroom was quite cramped, but ok to sleep. The bed is big, but not that much around the bed, you will have to do some gymnastics if you're a bigger bloke.

Very conveniently located property, accessible parking, supermarket just next door. The room was clean and specious.

A bit confusing the way the breakfast is set up, an instruction, in terms of time, menu and other, in the room would be useful. Ordered fruit and according to the season (august) was expecting something more appropriate to the season but got apples instead.

A very nice place to stay, clean room , TV has some English channels , WiFi is fast. A little kitchen inside the room, nespresso machine with coffee capsules. Bed was comfortable. Overall , everything was good

The only minus is bugs in the bathroom.
