Excellent facilities for the price - comfortable beds, air conditioning unit was a nice surprise, toiletries and sponges plentiful. Walking distance to the city centre, situated on a quiet street. Communication with the host quick and efficient.

The kitchen utensils are sparce, but not a problem for a short stay.

Large apartment, great value for money, private parking, fairly close to center. Great host, good communication.

The kitchen is just functional, it could have a few more pans. The lighting in both kitchen and living room could be better. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable!

Everything was great. The host met us and gave us a key. They replied in a quick way and were ready to help us in case of questions or demands. The location is great. It is very close to the city center. The apartment was clean. There is everything you need: dishes, shower gel, soap, towels.

the one draw back for us was the bed. it was an uncomfortable mattress and the bed sheet didn’t fully fit the bed. that said it was very clean

Everything was really perfect! The owner is very hospitable and friendly, speak English. There is everything you need in the apartment, there were even shower sponges. The bed linen and towels are white and clean. I recommend Alexys residence to stay!!!!!

Very clean and very spacious apartment. Overall the comfort exceeded our expectations. The private parking spot is very important for those traveling by car, as otherwise it is not easy to park for free in or near the city center.

For those visiting the city for tourism it might be an issue that the apartment is not very central (e.g. you have to walk more than 10 minutes to reach the Palace). For us it was not a problem as we did select this particular area due to personal reasons.

There is no elevator so you have to climb some stairs.
