Nice city hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk - both of those I have met. Breakfast was more than OK for 3 star hotel with such a competitive price. Hotel has not the newest top design, but it is also not outdated yet. Huge shopping mall is in walking distance and public transport stop is also very near by. But still, hotel is located in the side quiet side street of the residential area, which was great for me. 8 min drive to the train station.

The hotel felt homey. The room had the basic amenities. The location was good as it was within walking distance of some of the city’s attractions. The front desk team was very nice and helpful.

The room was small. The shower had nothing to prevent the water from flooding the bathroom and that causes risk of slipping. Breakfast options can be more varied and the lady from the kitchen can be friendlier.

Room plain, modern, good bed, duvet and mattress, armchair, modern shower/WC room. Location OK, no. 8 tram/several buses stop close by (Tudor Vladimirescu), shopping centre about 100m, other shops about 200m, Palas centre and Palace of Culture, cathedrals etc about 10/20 minutes walk. Railway station by tram 15/20 minutes. Staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast OK, coffee an acquired taste(!). Taxi to from airport about 15 minutes (traffic dependent) about 35/50 lei

Location in a old part of city but fast access to main boulevard, clean space elegant furniture , nice size tv , very good value for breakfast, nice cozy library and massage chairs, nice meeting room , helpful young staff English fluent. Elevator although partial free coffee and cold water .Air condition solid performer compared to other hotels in Romania.

Tricky parking, and showerhead sometimes was getting off the hook. Maybe need some more attention to little details when comes to cleaning. Maybe some clearer signs.

Hotel is amazing, good location, 2 km by taxi from airport, 20 min by foot to the Palace of culture and all sightseeings. Very good personal, speaking English. Reception is working non stop, so late come in is possible. Hotel is in a big cottage. Very good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. Very clean. Water and tea and coffee any time is available. And amazing massage chairs for free, library and relaxing zone. Good hotel for good price, I really recommend and thank you!

It was sometimes noisy a little because of reconstruction. But very few. In a shower was not fixed a shower holder.

If you need to catch an early flight in the morning, it is the best location. 24 h reception is also a plus with very friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Comfortable room. If you travel during winter, don't worry about the cold, the rooms are very warm and have nice blankets.

The only thing that bothered during the stay was a barking dog (especially in the night) from a house close by (not related to the hotel). This is just in case if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is nice, great to stay overnight. Due to queue on the boarder we arrived really late, at 1 or 2am, and reception was working, which is great Good breakfast

I wrote few messages to the hotel, but did not get responces for my questions. Other point comes from the first one, I've asked to book the parking lot, but did not get response. I was lucky to ocupy the last free parking lot, but there were only 2-4 parking lots infront of the hotel, so I'd assume it was a huge luck. I'd expect at least a bottle of water in the room at summer with outside temp 35C+.

Good location if you need to reach points of interest in Tudor neighborhood. There ia also parking outside. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is good but could be a little bit better.

The insulation is not the best, you can basically hear anyone walking and talking on the hallways.

Nice hôtel for a night. Close to the airport but no noises of it. People there are very kind and made a breakfast for me at 3 am because i needed to go to the airport very early. She also called a taxi for me. Thanks again!

The stairs between the reception and the lift, with a big luggages , is not easy. But it's ok. The shower has no door and a bit old...

Charming old style hotel but with all the modern conveniences made for a lovely if short stay. Staff were fantastic, cheerful, friendly and spoke English. Very comfortable beds, great shower and good breakfast.

No complaints but parking is somewhat limited and in summer it's quite a long hot walk to the main tourist attractions. But then, just use Bolt or Uber.
