Great location. A supermarket PENNY and Mega Image 2 minutes away. The room was warm and clean. We were given a good wooden baby bed with a mattress, so my child could sleep comfortably in it. There was no kettle in the room, but when we asked the administrator for one, he immediately provided it for us. The hotel staff were pleasant to talk to and helped with all our questions. We ate at the hotel cafe, where the food was very tasty. The pork ribs and cheesecake were especially delicious.

When we chose the hotel, we liked it SPA. But only after we have paid for the room, in a letter from the hotel we were informed that entry to the SPA is prohibited for children under 6 years old. There is no information about this anywhere in the description on booking. The room was cleaned well, but there is no need to do it so early. On the 2 day we were woken up at 9 a.m. with a vacuum cleaner. At our last night also someone made noise in the corridor and disturbed our sleep. So the sound insulation is not perfect.

Modern building, great facilities, very clean, spacious room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, parking available nearby, good location, just 20 mins walk from old town.

The temperature in the room was way too high (27°C) and this affected our comfort and sleep; trying to adjust it or stop it, even with the help of the receptionist, did not help. Access to spa is limited, implies extra costs and requires an appointment made with 24h in advance. In addition, after 5:00 PM the access is permitted only to adults; so a 16 years-old teenager is not allowed. Seriously?!

Location close to city center (5 min by car). Exceptional breakfast. Comfortable bed, pillows.

The fact that you had to go outside to reach the spa, and you needed to dress up since you couldn’t go back to the hotel in their bath robes.

Spacious room and bathroom.

Spa is advertised as a facility, but you find out you have to pay extra for it only after you book a room. For the price you pay for a room, you should have free spa access. There were some hair strands on the bathroom walls. The parking is very small. The price for a room is simply too high for what the hotel offers you.

The hotel's location is not bad, a bit far from the city center, but still a max 10 mins uber ride to get there.

1. When I got there I was told I have to pay 120RON/day/person to go to the swimming pool. Very disappointing since there was no mention of such a fee on Booking. Still, the hotel's manager was fully flexible and he waived this fee off. Caveat: give them a call and ask about the hidden fees before booking anything! 2. If you end up going to the spa be mindful that you have to get out of the hotel and go around it to enter that facility, and it may get "a bit unpleasant" when the temperature outside is 0°C. Nobody thought of a shortcut directly thought the hotel itself. 3. The ventilation system was propably broken as when we got in the room, everything stunk like a sewer.

The breakfast is excellent with many options. The room is clean and warm, and also the spa is great The TouchPad for lights, keep quiet, cleaning etc

The windows even when are closed, you hear noise when is very windy outside...but in the room is super warm.

The menu is very restricted Many dishes with sea food not enough with chicken. Kind of pety of me to say but hard to open Doors to the room. Also there are three churches in the area and you will hear the bells at 7 am The bathroom gets filled with water when taking a shower despite best efforts against that. The minibar fridge doesnt do anything Power outlets can just stop working or they interrupt the output in the middle of The night. The prices are not consistent regarding the spa(booking with reality and the informative papers you get in your room)

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet area in Sibiu. Spatious room, very clean and modern. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Good value for money.
