The hotel is really nice. Looks new, friendly staff. The pool and spa area are great looking. The breakfast was plenty and diverse. The price for the quality plus the cookie is very good

To be honest the only thing i didn't like was the temperature in the room. For whatever reason there were 3 different thermostats in the room, one for the AC which is winter and of course it didn't work, and the other two as much i set them on 19-20 degrees the temperature didn't change. One thermostat showed 25.9 and the other 28.1 degrees which is insane to sleep in. Besides this there was dust in the light fixtures next to the bed. I would of expected more from a hotel of this caliber in terms of cleaning. But i got a great price deal so I'm overall happy. The cookie is amazing.

Secure free underground parking for motorbike. Close to old town. Room spacious and comfortable bed. Good shower Inc shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Tea and coffee in room Breakfast well laid out, to prevent over crowding in 1 area.

Black out curtains had holes in them, which really let room down. Could have been better variety of fruit at breakfast. Would have been nice to have milk for coffee and water to drink Bathroom heating was on and too warm for hot weather.

Location was great , the facilities really nice especially the pool , breakfast was good with plenty of options with romanian traditional dishes , good room size , parking available

Cleanest- for a 4 star hotel really disappointed with carpet in the room having stains , in the room you can see spider net at the breakfast we been offered a romanian traditional dish called "zacusca" that was most likely expired and not safe to be eaten

This hotel is situated on the main road with good access and parking. If you have the opportunity, choose a room with the citadel view - it is not oriented to the main road and will offer you a beautiful view of Sighişoara. Although the rooms are older (like the whole hotel) we had everything we needed here. After all day of walking around the sights we appreciated our stay by the pool, as well as the possibility of the dinner. Thank you.

We were a bit disappointed that it was not possible to order a massage as it was mentioned in the booking description.

This was our second stay here. We loved everything about this hotel: the cozy room, the private bathroom, the pool, the saunas, the small gym and the outdoor jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the fact that we could leave our car in the underground parking, sheltered from the rain :) Also, the staff is really nice and they are always ready to help you with whatever you need. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Sighișoara!

Feriti-va de camerel King dinspre strada , galagie mare de la trafic Beware of the king rooms located on the street side, very noisy from traffic. Basic breakfast with late refill of consumed products, to avoid in the future, there are hotels and guesthouses at the same price that are much better! Furniture and amenities a bit shabby, the years have passed!

Great breakfast and food (we also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant), excellent location, big and clean rooms, nice staff.

The temperature in our room was high, and even with the heating system being closed from the reception the heating in the bathroom was still on. Sleeping was a little rough in these conditions.

Entrance to the underground garage is quite steep and receptionist told me he will open the gate for me but I was stuck for a minute waiting before it and I could not get off the motorcycle because there was no chance to not drop it. But after somebody opened it for me it was nonetheless a great stay and the parking was nice too. Just make sure not to get stuck there

The hotel is clean and tidy, staff is very welcoming and professional, big thanks to Alina the receptionist she upgraded our room when she know it's my wife's birthday. Electric charging stations in the place and ground parking

Crowded at the pool, and crowded jacuzzi

The staff its very nice. If you go the the restaurant ask for Alexa. Kindest person you will ever met. Location its also very well positioned and parking its accessible and free.

Like every big hotel has its minuses. Room was clean but some small details wasn't. Internet disconnects from time to time. But all in all its ok for several days.
