Excellent location and easy, accessible parking right in the heart of the old town. Very close to all the sights and restaurants. Room and en-suite were very clean and well presented. Check in and out was simple process. We arrived early (9:30am) and our room was ready which was nice. The breakfast was good and the courtyard is a lovely spot for relaxing.

Beware coming in summer that there is no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Also no fan was provided. Also, our room came with one tiny pouch of shampoo between two of us and the shower was just a bath with a shower nozzle and holder with no curtain, so showering was difficult and messy!

Location is ideal. Very cool old building with lots of levels and different staircases and rooms in multiple places. All of this surrounding a very pretty courtyard that was brimming with flowers and plants. The vaulted bar area was a favorite - have a drink in there even if you're tempted to stay outside! Lots of awesome artifacts around hotel, lots of brick, lots of little nooks and original features - just lovely!

Our room was pretty with very rustic wood floors and old world charm. No A/C but it wasn't too bad overnight. We did have a bunch of ants streaming into one corner of the room, unclear where they came from. And shower head was messed up so it didn't come out of the head, but spurt in every direction from the hinges - had to put that down and just take more of a bath! Somewhat disappointing breakfast. But price point wasn't overly hight, especially for a popular tourist destination in summer, so we weren't put off!

The house is really nice and quiet and all rooms are unique (and they seem traditional and medieval). The front desk (the lady and the gentleman) were really nice and helpful and made the stay better. The bed with a hard matress was really comfortable and I had a very good night sleep. The breakfast was good with local foods and ingredients. The cat and her kittens in the interiour court was a nice surprise :)

Although everything is super nice, there isn't a lot of natural light in the rooms, which are a bit darker. But for a few days stay that's ok and it's worth having the experience.

Excellent location, charming and spacious rooms for family of four. Good traditional breakfast.

We had requested parking on site without receiving contact to say it was not available so ended up in paid parking.(fairly cheap but a 5-10 min walk away)

Amazing location - right in the fortress, few meters from the covered stairs. The house itself is gorgeous, authentic and perfectly preserved. There is a spacious inner yard for the guests only (breakfast can be severed there if the weather is nice). Our apartment was very spacious (2 bedrooms, bath, big living area), clean and properly equipped (minibar, kettle, private balcony with view to the yard). The staff is friendly and kind, the breakfast very nice (wide selection to choose from). The house atmosphere and decor is unique. Was a great addition to observe the 2 little kittens playing around (could watch them for hours).

For accommodation at this level would expect a decent hair dryer (the one provided can not be called hair dryer - was making infernal noises, overheating and not drying a thing). Not always an issue but keep in mind the apartment's balcony is right in front of another rooms windows.

The location was amazing. It is 176 steps to the covered stairs in the heart of Old Town. The clean room was very large with a firm, comfortable bed. It was beautifully decorated with antiques. You did have to lug your suitcase up a flight of stairs. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good with a standard buffet and the ability to order eggs and sausages.

The website states that all rooms are air conditioned, which is not true. Our room was one of two in the building without a/c. We had to rely on a fan on the hot day we were there. It also states there are laundry facilities, but it is a laundry service for 40 lei per bag.

The location and the breakfast were amazing. the hotel is an old family house so is full of history.

We couldn't get space in the parking because they said I didn't reserve it. That was so weird because I always reserved, but when I returned to see the chat, everything was deleted by the accommodation. Super weird, since every time I reserve, I receive a message from the accommodation and everything is gone. Especially travelling with my parents who have disability problems, and they have us a room that they have to climb a lot of steps to get there. The lady even saw my parents struggling and she didn't do anything, not even to help us arrange a space in the town for them to walk less. We had to park outside of the city. The staff was rude, and I was surprised that even with elderly people.

Excellent location in charming Sighisoara! The building is from 1609 and has a charming courtyard for outside breakfast, weather permitting. Really cozy bar inside as well. Breakfast with made to order eggs and nice buffet. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel recommended Hotel Sighisoara across the street for dinner. (Rick Steves also recommends this place.) Do not eat there as food is very average at best! Try Casa Joseph Handel or some other places not on the main square. We did not have AC in the room. This would be an issue during the hot summer. The hotel provided a fan. Parking was easy through the hotel. Let Fronius know you need parking when making your reservation.

Terrific location, if need be you can bring your car in the old citadelle to drop off or pick up luggage. The staff was fantastic and the rooms are huge, the residence is straight within the centre of the old town and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were well furnished and everything was tasteful, a mix of heritage with modern amenities.

3 little points, no conditioner, poor WiFi at the time of the visit although the staff said they were looking at it, rooms with a bit of wear and tear at the end of the summer.

Incredibly unique property in a fantastic location; very clean and well maintained considering the age of the building. The staff are amazing - helpful, polite and engaging. They treated us as friends rather than as customers. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary facilities to make your stay very comfortable. Fittings and furnishings are authentic and tastefully arranged - you really feel like you have stepped back in time without compromising on modern conveniences. This property is a gem.
