The location is stunning, the views are amazing and they have the best restaurant in town. Staff was more than welcoming and accomodating. I needed an extra bed in our room and they quickly changed the room to a bigger one with a sofa bed at no extra charge. Alina at the reception was very helpful and understanding. She helped me find a very valuable (to me) item which I left behind, and gave me great recommendations for replacements for that item. Loved the service!

It seems to be a Romanian thing that most hotels have wall to wall carpet instead of hard wood floors. But that is just my personal preference for hygene reasons. It was very clean

We are frequently being guests of this hotel since 8 years ago. It’s always a pleasure to stay here: comfortable rooms, with everything you need for a pleasure stay and good night sleep, great restaurant and services, heating and hot water anytime. Pleasant rooms with nice design and comfortable beds.

Unfortunately, in time, we can observe some things not being as great as they used to be. For example, it was the first time when minibar was missing from the room, the smell on the hall at second floor was not so pleasant, something like smoke and inside the room it was a stuffy and humid air. Cosmetic products got really small and no shampoo, just soap and shower gel, despite you have a hair dryer in the bathroom 😂. Shoe polish or sewing kit completely missing compared with other years. Please Oscar, keep up with the standards also, not only with the prices.

The room was quite big, clean, very quiet. The location is nice, next to a park, a lot of green spaces and trees, places to go take a walk. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed with our Corgi dog and there was no problem with this, no extra fee, everyone petted him! Also, the food at the restaurant downstairs is very good, we has breakfast with our room and that one was also good, great coffee!

A bit expensive for a small town like Campina, but at least it was quite worth the money.

The view from the room was very nice. The room was warm, spacious and comfy and easily accessible, despite the fact that there is no elevator. The hotel has a good restaurant as well.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom when we arrived and early morning, possibly coming from the shower drainage. It is difficult to find a parking spot in the evening, as a guest of the hotel, when the restaurant is full of people.

The hotel offered a perfect blend of modern style, comfort, and affordability. The receptionist was exceptionally warm and accommodating, graciously granting us a late check-out.

The room was nice. The restaurant's garden is lovely.

The staff did get rather noisy in the morning, with loud music and laughter. The restaurant is considered the best in town, but it's not really that great food-wise. Dinner and breakfast were only decent.

Very nice and modern, very spacious outside terrace. A pleasant stay altogether.

Big room, quite, big tv, clean

There was almost no water pressure at the sink and despite the fact that we announced at the reception, still nothing happened.
