I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. While I did encounter a slight issue with the air conditioning in my room, the reception staff were quick to respond and resolve the problem. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist made the situation much more manageable and ensured my comfort during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly and attentive staff, and their commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests.

Staffs are friendly and helpful! I love the room and hotel atmosphere. The room is clean and spacious. I have gotten a room with a pool view and it makes me feel relaxed. The breakfast is also nice.

The wifi connection is so slow in the room. The hotel is a bit far from the central and restaurants. Need to walk around 15mins for food. But it is good as the hotel has restaurant inside. You can eat there if you don’t wish to walk.

It was very clean and had all amenities (swimming pool, sauna, access to a gym) and the restaurant serving delicious foods.

Nice pool and bar area. Walking distance (~25 mins) to Convention Centre. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

A week before my stay they tried to cancel my booking due to ‘maintenance’ and then told me they had found another room at a higher price. They were clearly trying to make more money from me as when I stayed there was no sign of maintenance. I never got an apology or explanation but when I visited they said it was ‘a mistake’. Luckily as I had booked through booking.com they had to honour the original price but it seems a bit dishonest. Other than that the stay was good.
