I love the the neatness and tidiness. Hotel is serene and very safe. I love the pool area. I love the view. It was amazing. The staff were friendly and I’ll surely miss the buffet

View and the staff went very well. Giselle and Jane at the reception desk were very helpful, so were the other members of their team.

Furniture in living room was dirty, maybe switch it to faux leather that is easier to clean. The room (suite) reminded me of my college dormitory. The furniture in the living room is good enough for a hostel, not for a hotel like ONOMO in that location and at that price point. The TV is too small and its installed too high on the wall maybe the wall stand should be adjustable for those that want to connect to a PC and do some work.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good enough wifi, and a great breakfast. The room was comfortable. I liked that we could fill up our water bottles to save on plastic, but would be nice if this was outside the staff room.

The rooms are a bit strange layout, and there could be some improvements in the quality of the fixtures, lighting, bathroom doors, shower heads, etc. The room had a microwave, stove etc. but no supplies or utensils to cook anything. It felt like an aparthotel converted quickly to a regular hotel.

The property was clean, no bugs, and safe. The best part of this resort is the staff. Every single person I encountered was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful even outside of the normal duties. Tinah helped us book excursions and also assisted us with last minute visa needs for another country. She uses her contacts and resources to ensure our stay was comfortable and worth our time. Biban was the best bartender, perfecting my favorite drink and having it ready for me anytime I asked. He became a wonderful friend during our stay. Our driver Fiacre was the best guide and driver and went above and beyond to show us the wonderful country of Rwanda. He takes the most amazing pictures and videos and will stop to take pictures for you at any beautiful place you’d like. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Onomo Hotel, so much so, I am bringing friends with me in a few months.

The only suggestion I have is to have more outlets available in the rooms and bath cloths.

Fantastic staff, very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The location was fantastic, giving very good views of Kigali. Particularly loved the sunrises!! The food was good, facilities clean and generally really enjoyed my time there

The gym facilities need to be updated/ maintained a bit more Had to check out two days early, but not sure if will be given a refund

The hotel is located in a very serene environment with free breakfast, and friendly staff. The room is clean and comfortable with clean sheets. The wifi is quite effective. I especially loved the tasty and hot chili pepper served with meals. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be there again.

There were no local dishes included in the food menu. I would have loved to eat their special delicacies, in addition to the continental dishes.

The property was excellent in general. The restaurant and bar area was absolutely stunning and the staff were excellent

The room was a little smaller than I expected and a little bit basic the showers/toilet rooms were a little outdated and the shower door didn’t close which meant water could leak onto the floor. No big issue but would have been better if it didn’t happen.

ONOMO hotel Kigali far exceeded my expectations. I came with a bias from the ONOMO Uganda experience which was not very great, but the Kigali one, exceptional service, great customer care, great food (breakfast was way beyond 5 star experience).

Their in room service is a little slow, but when eventually the food came, it was worth the wait. They also were nit prompt in clearing the plates n had to leave then outside the door... could have done better here

The rooms are clean, tidy, and neatly decorated, very spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet and dinner were delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Onomo , Onomo , Onomo🥰🤔Onomo was good for us. Customer service is at the top,from security at the gate to every bit of the hotel, Alice at the reception made our stay more comfortable. The food is yummy, comfy, cozy rooms, very clean environment, lovely views. I surely recommend it and shall come back again and again.
