Excellent hospitality. The hotel staff were very considerate and accommodating, and ready to assist when we had a question. The room was very clean, with modern decor, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is air conditioning in the room, which was a welcome necessity during the hot temperatures during our mid-August stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and quite extensive, with multiple choice of cereals, pastries, juices, fresh fruits, eggs and waffles to order, and miscellaneous hot plates (such as eggs, potatoes, plantains, sausage, Asian noodles, etc.) - also, the barista serving the breakfast buffet made excellent espresso each morning - every cup of coffee was perfection! The rooftop pool has amazing views, and we enjoyed our tasty dinner in the rooftop bar and grill. Our room had a lovely view of the city and surrounding hills. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Just on the sidewalk by the main street, after leaving the main entrance to the hotel, there were a few aggressive panhandlers repeatedly asking for money or hard-selling tourist brochures. It's unfortunate, and we realize the hotel really has no control over those persons beyond the hotel perimeter. We soon learned to ignore the panhandlers altogether and used the other (less common) entrance into and out of the hotel, which allowed for a more pleasant walking experience in the surrounding neighborhood.

I loved the cleanliness and interior of the bedroom where I stayed. I loved the bathroom as well, everything about the hotel trips me. It’s a really nice and beautiful environment. The staff treated us very well and they helped me organize a small birthday party for my husband while we were at the property. It was really beautiful and nice.

I have no complains everything is perfect but I love to bath with very hot water and it seems they intentionally regulated the temperature of the water in the bathroom. It wasn’t hot enough for me.

A comfortable hotel with wonderful panoramic city view and friendly and helpful staff. We first checked in to the room with balcony, what we originally chose. The balcony is not the type I like and it faces the side of the city that has less of a view. Because I've stayed in this hotel before, I know that there are rooms that give you a 180 degree city view, so we asked to change room. Not only did the staff agree to our request, they also showed us two different rooms to make sure we like it before we moved! (room number 03-08 ish, on a higher floor, will give you that view i.e. 703-708, 803-808 etc.) Room service was delivered within 10 mins (ordered drinks only). Really helpful and friendly staff (who remembered us by names!) who are happy to accommodate requests, to make sure that guests are happy. Room is clean and tidy, a nice regular business hotel. Sound proof is wonderful! can't hear any noise at all and slept like a baby. Love the rooftop bar as well which also gives a wonderful view. Music was a bit too loud but they turned it down when we asked. Also like the location - we can easily walk to other upscale hotels for dinner but also a few mins from the 'messier' part of town that gives you a better sense of local life.

Could have provided a few more smaller towels (face/hand towels) in the shower.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite that was very spacious with a kitchenette with all ammenities of a 5 star hotel Staff: All the staff from receptoin to dining are very friendly and make your stay enjoyable always willing to give assitance Roof top Restaurant: The view of Kigali city is stunning from here and the swimming pool was the best

We visited during kwibuka so we didnt get to enjoy their entertainment as no music or dance is allowed during the genocide memorial week.

Breakfast was complete and diverse ..all varieties included.. Location was perfect.. Lunch and Dinner options were excellent.. Rooftop bar & dining.. great views of the city Most courteous team

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious, clean and the restaurant had amazing views.

I would have given this a 10 but I booked it specifically to use the pool. Was not informed the pool was out of service, even when I asked the reception how to get there. I paid for a pool at another hotel and having been informed the pool was being worked on, would have booked elsewhere entirely.

Great location, better than the far away Four Foints or Serena. Good view over Kigali. Rooftop bar and restaurant was good, staff great. Nice room with wood floor (I do not love carpets in hotels). Quick check-out. Good breakfast. Love to come back.

Pretty much everything was great: the room and the view, the quick reaction from staff and maintenance when I thought I had a plumbing issue in the room, breakfast was great, the restaurant had decent menu and very well-prepared food, view from the rooftop restaurant is spectacular. The pool is not as small as it seems and is warmed so swimming at 7 am is quite nice. My room was just by the elevators, and I was initially worried but I never heard any noise coming from the corridor.

Staff was generally nice and helpful but once or twice offered cab rides for a much higher price than warranted. When I laughingly reacted to their estimates by stating it was too high (and I knew it was too high), they agreed and went lower. The air conditioning in the room was either not adjustable or did not properly work, so the room was not cooling off noticeably. I visited in early October so during the day it was getting a bit toasty but not awful either.

The room was nice. We had the view on the city, and the bath separated from the shower. The pool on top is beautiful and warm! We really enjoy swimming and watching the sunset. The restaurant is also good although it isn’t open air.

The lady at the reception wasn’t really welcoming. She seemed bored or even annoyed… She didn’t give us any informations about the facilities, how to acces the pool or gym, time for breakfast or where were the restaurants…

The location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staffs. The type of room i booked was all occupied so they upgraded my room with a very nice view.
