Clean room, had aircon, mosquito net, not too noisy, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, free airport shuttle, and okay wifi if you're in the right spots. It was easy to get around Kigali from the property, especially if you're ok with taking a moto taxi.

Lived up to my expectations, so nothing I didn't like. Be aware that it's not a new hotel, so somethings are a bit dated, but everyhting works :)

On-time pickup from the airport. Good but too difficult breakfasts (more suitable for lunch). Very nice and helpful staff. The lady at the reception even bought me a city ticket (of course I paid) and I didn't have to look for the station myself. Everything was ok in the room, the area was very nice and relatively close to downtown. Well guarded place.

After arriving at the hotel, I received a different room than in the reservation. Once I firmly demanded the right room, and I was finally given it. Breakfasts are more like lunch, I missed bread, vegetables and light food. The transfer from the hotel to the airport was at a different time than I wanted and I had to go to the airport with plenty of time and the flight was delayed and they renewed my transfer to the hotel and recommended a taxi. Weak WiFi. I wanted to exchange currency but it was not possible and they wrote that they had such a possibility. Unfortunately it doesn't work.

The room was huge with a balcony, and it felt very relaxing to be there. Aircon was greatly appreciated. The evening meals were very good and reasonable, and the breakfast was fantastic (especially the barista coffees). Seems like many people just come for the meals. Place was very clean. Shuttle from/to the airport could have fitted both our bicycles and luggage, and would have cost US$20 if we had needed it. The location was close enough to the CBD and we actually walked to the grocery stores a couple of times. Wifi was also very good.

I had a short but enjoyable stay at One Click Hotel in Kigali, and it exceeded my expectations for a one-night stopover. I recently had a one-night stay at One Click Hotel in Kigali, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access key parts of the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and professional. My room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was a big plus. I also appreciated the serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after a long day. The restaurant served a good selection of meals, with breakfast being particularly enjoyable. The service was prompt, and the food quality met expectations. Overall, One Click Hotel is a great choice for a short stay in Kigali, offering comfort, convenience, and friendly service at a reasonable price. I would definitely consider staying here again on future visits.

The staff were very helpful -- they helped me order taxis to various locations around the city, and were very accommodating to requests about our room. When I needed a safe place to leave my luggage on a return visit to Kigali (while i was waiting for a late flight), Henriette was only too willing to look after it....even until midnight. The hotel is in a wonderful area - safe and clean -- and within walking distance of the town center. The room itself was very spacious and quiet, and the shower was warm and powerful.

Nothing really to dislike about the place...it was superb value for money.

One Click exceeded ALL expectations. First off, the airport pick-up by Moses was wonderful - he was so accommodating and a terrific driver in Kigali's manic traffic. In addition, Moses was kind enough to let us accompany him back to the airport when a family member arrived the next day. Upon arrival to the property, we were greeted by the lovely reception ladies with fresh juice. Then our room was thoughtfully selected as we had a family member arriving a day later so that we would have an adjoining room. The restaurant staff was lovely, happily accommodating our request for room service when jet lag hit. The breakfast buffet was extensive and we appreciated the attention to small details like asking how we would like our coffee (it's a buffet, we are used to "serve yourself!").

Firstly I was very very impressed by all of the staffs especially the Receptionist, oooh my God they were soooo helpful and the the waiters and waitresses were so attentive.The food was excellent and the room was very comfortable in every way. Sincerely it was my first time to join the Comfortable and amazing hotel like One Click Hotel, that is why I decided to join it again in December with all my family and we spend a bout a month. In my conclusion, I highly recommend everyone to join One Click Hotel and I would like to inform all staffs in One Click Hotel that I highly appreciated the service they provided me and my colleagues.

Everything was excellent , I liked each and everything I experienced in One Click Hotel.

Thanks to our genius level we got a free upgrade to the one junior suite in the hotel - that was of course nice. Other than that: the hotel is spotless, centrally located, and its reception is staffed with nice and competent people. The receptionist helped us find our way around, helped to get me a motorcycle taxi - going out to the street to fetch one and negotiating the fare down. The restaurant was OK. Good WIFI.

While the hotel is very clean, the sofa in our suite was the odd one out, quite old, with traces of grease where heads touch the fabric. The room was noisy during the day as the neighbouring hotel is being renovated. The security staff at the entrance to the building stood out from the rest of the very friendly staff, showing off boredom to the extent that some would consider it disrespectful.
