The accommodation is great and Zion Inn is situated very well being central and close to all facilities.

The music that carried on till 3am over weekends made it difficult to get a good nights rest. Perhaps they can lower the level a bit to accommodate tourists and travelers.

The "Restaurant & bar" in the garden was fantastic: good food, good drink, good price and good people.

There was a power outage. (Only a few times in 3 weeks, no problem.)

Location is good, Wi-Fi works perfectly. Staff always ready to help with any inquiry. Nice and chill bar/restaurant.

there was a pipe broken on the street and because of that we stayed 1 full day with no water. Of course it affected the comfort of my stay, but the staff helped me by bringing water whenever I needed. thanks Zion Inn.

The room was fine and the manager was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, we had excellent dinner in the hotel´s restaurant.

Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy until the late evening - the manager explained us that they have a disco production with an external DJ every Friday night.

Perfect Place to chill out, and really helpful to organize our travel around Rwanda, we stayed at Zion Inn the First day and came back, really raccomended!

Johanna and her brother greeted us with a very warm welcome. They made sure that we had everything we needed all along our stay. The room we had was clean, spacious and comfortable. The establishment has a lovely terrace with a nice view on the city, a well furnished bar and provide dishes made by an in-house talented cook. It was so nice that we made it our homebase in Kigali during our vacations in Rwanda. We definitely would recommend it.

the view is great! the staff and the owner are amazing people. they would also go an extra mile to take care of you! the rooms and wifi are good (but wifi didn’t really reach my room that well), the food and the chef are wonderful.

Very friendly and hospitality owner, nice bar and delicious food! You can sit in the bar and enjoy view of Kigali 😊 We celebrated New Year in this place and it was wonderful, with life music🥰Thanks for all staff!
