Excellent Internet and Great Value for Money! I recently stayed at Nobleza Hotel and was truly impressed by the strength and speed of the internet. Whether I was streaming, working online, or making video calls, the connection remained fast and reliable throughout my stay—a rare find in many hotels across the country. Another standout feature is the affordability. Compared to other similar hotels in Rwanda, Nobleza Hotel offers excellent value for money. The rates are budget-friendly without compromising on comfort, cleanliness, or service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with top-notch internet and fair pricing.

The privacy, quietness and the spaciousness. The staff were super helpful and are well-trainer. I was picked up close to midnight, had a good rest and slept really well. I felt safe. The area is large and you can walk around. The room is big with a private balcony. Value for money . I would stay again.

I arrived really late and had not had dinner. Maybe they could stock up on some snacks the guests can purchase.

The hotel staff was friendly and really made my stay - thanks to all of them! It was really easy to take Pikipiki (mototaxi) from hotel to downtown - only 2000RWF (less than 2usd) per ride.

The hotel has seen better days - some of the items were broken (for example the extractor fan in the bathroom was making a lot of noise) but overall the room was clean.

It’s so Amazing. I stayed for a visit purpose, and everything was perfect. Fast Internet in every corner of the Compound especially in Rooms and friendly staff at the front desk. Great service at the restaurant with a variety of choices for breakfast. My flight was at 05:00 in the morning, and they arranged the Airport shuttle with no extra charges. Keep it up!

we were travelling with 2 small children and booked the family room. we highly recommand nobleza for a great stay with children. thanks to the great staff, pool and accommodations!

the WiFi in the hotel is sometimes very weak. it is a bit out the city center.

The property is very very clean. Landscaping very well maintained every day. The pool is very clean, bar/ restaurant area very clean and more than enough staff to handle any group and are very attentive to your needs. The hotels landscaping is beautifully looked after and many cleaners on the ground each day, am impressed. The rooms are very nice, bed comfy and all amenities provided. The hotel staff are great, they look after you and helpful in anything you need. The food is very good, had the buffet lunch as well as ordered from the menu, very nicely done and tasty

The first two days wifi was terrible. The hotel manager got involved and made corrections to wifi points, since then, no interruption in the service. Originally when I checked in I was put on the 4th floor, for three days had no hot water to shower.

I appreciated that the hotel had a driver to receive me at 3:00 am from the airport without a charge. The ride to and from the airport is free. The individual was on time, and my ride to the hotel was smooth. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessities for comfort. Moreover, I loved the breakfast! (included). As a non-meat eater, I was happy to see food items to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also liked the property and location. The property has nicely manicured lawns and a vast picture-postcard landscape view. It rained at times, which added a romantic feel to the place. The major attractions in Kigali are not too far from the hotel. The hotel helped with reserving a car to the attractions. The fee was quite reasonable. While the Rwandan Franc is the currency, the American dollar was accepted. I found the staff members I interacted with to be welcoming and accommodating. However, I want to acknowledge Yves, Arnold, and Gason. They went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

Nobleza went above and beyond for us. Helped with directions and taxis. Breakfast was bountiful. Helped with any questions I had. Airport shuttle was timely. Room was beautiful and well equipped.

There is no lift, no chariot . Staff have to carry heavy luggage a long distance 🥺. I felt uncomfortable seeing them caring my luggage.
