Very good Rodney Bay hotel. Staff very friendly, large bedroom with excellent cleaning staff, very quiet (except for the tree frogs) and pool-side room - it was like having your own place. Full use of other Bay Gardens properties, including the Hotel next door with a decent restaurant and bar plus the Resort Hotel with beach facilities a mile away - regular shuttle bus. Close to supermarket and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

The weather - we were unlucky and had a lot of rain - so take a lightweight rain jacket and an umbrella. Note the 90 minute transfer from the main airport - winding roads and very slow-going - but at least we saw more of the island!

Ideal for quiet, relaxing holiday. Best of both worlds as you could use facilities at other Bay Gardens hotels but enjoy the peace of the inn. Lovely room, very comfortable bed; we both slept really well. Staff generally were very helpful and friendly. Helena in the restaurant was our “star”. I would recommend this hotel.

Meal times could be a bit hit and miss, having to wait for tables, meals etc, but it is the Caribbean and we had nothing to rush for. Food, although good, was a bit repetitive. Hotel looks a bit tired, bathrooms in particular could do with an update.

Breakfast was a Caribbean buffet with hot food including, sailfish, bakes, plantain, omelettes as well as fruit cereal and pastries. Hot and cold drinks were also served during breakfast. The food area is beside the pool which gave a nice view and vibe.

The food was very nice. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We were due to get the ferry but it was cancelled for two days and the reception staff were able to accommodate us.

I love going to bay gardens. I have been coming here from 2017. My parents reside in Dominica so Bay Gardens is my stop over before I get to Dominica. I choose St Lucia over the other islands on route to Dominica because of the pleasant nature of the people and I know I will get a good service at Bay Gardens. I love Bay Gardens. See you next year. ❤️

The rooms are a good size, facilities between the Inn and the sister hotels are great and its good that we can use all of them. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The Hotel and Inn are in a great location close to shops and other restaurants.

Decor at the Inn is a little tired but that's the only downside I would say - great size rooms and kept clean by the staff

We stayed at low-mid-high end accommodations during this travel and this one was a mid range choice for us and it ended up being the most fun and value. The Inn is connected to the resort so we could take an included shuttle to the beach resort any time of the day and resort had great facilities on the beach and happy hour where the bartenders were amazing at making cocktails. We had a lot of fun there, hung out in the warm pool after dark and it was overall a great stay. All the staff was very helpful and nice and it seemed that majority of the people staying there were having as much fun as we did. Location was also great for restaurants and shopping.

We had an ice bucket but never actually found where to get ice from, but not a big deal at all.

Breakfast was different every day Options were local and the taste excellent If you wanted something not on the menu they tried to provide. Location was spectacular Shuttle went to the beach and other facilities Pools were very clean. Safe and staff were kind enough to bring drinks to you

The breakfast every day was great . I also liked the fact that you got the perks of using the other related hotels.

The description of pool or garden view was a bit of a stretch. It was 2 palm trees and a road.

Lots of close Amenities. Access to resort property. Air conditioner. Water cooler in lobby. Friendly staff.

Advertised safe wasn’t working, didn’t even have a lock on it. The deadbolt lock on the door was broken/non existent for one piece. We felt safe but didn’t have the security needs promised.
