Our apartment was amazing, so spacious and comfortable and so close to walk down to reception / the pool / ocean. Such a great view from our balcony. Really good facilities and loads of sunloungers. Sunrise yoga was lovely. Really nice beach

Food was quite average, but to be expected at an all inclusive hotel

The breakfast buffet was better than most. They use "cracked eggs" for the omelettes and the fruit is freshly prepared. The beach is one of the best in St.Lucia. A lot of activities. Family friendly. Nice Italian restaurant on the hill side that is less crowded.

The service can be spotty. Sometimes very good, other times very slow. For the most part, the staff try to provide good service. The TV connection was a little fuzzy. Unless you like walking up/down hills ( actually not bad exercise), they have constant shuttle bus service. They do send an overtly amount of emails to do surveys...which can make it seems they only care about their ratings, as opposed to just doing a genuine good job.

The staff on the beach and at the restaurants was super. However I did not like the treatment I got from the receptionist at the front desk when I check in.

I had more done one person come up to me and ask can i remind him of my room number. Also a lady on the beach from the water sports dept, ask if I was one a day pass. Of all the guess that was lying on the beach why would you ask the only black women that question when there was five other white persons which I observed was not ask that question.

breakfast was well done with good choice and the beach was well laid out and lovely. all the hotel staff were excellent

the food was very mediocre and way overpriced for the choice and quality we received. The main pool was being refurbished and only 2 of the five restaurants were open in the evening. Understandable as it was quiet but no info was given as to which each night. White wine was a major issue to get and the last 4 nights unless you were a lover of Chardonnay that was all that was on offer. also on our last day there was an 11 hour power cut due to maintenance works being done.

The staff is genuinely very nice. The landscaping is gorgeous and even the smaller villas are very spacious and private. It's close to town where there are lots of restaurants. I liked that it was fairly quiet - the opposite of Sandals with their obnoxious music blasting all day and pushy staff.

The rooms were a bit worn, but the size of them plus the private decks and rooftop make up for it.

Beautiful location and the whole facility had been very intelligently laid out some years ago to take advantage of a superb natural site Five restaurants provide a choice of dining for long stay guests

The whole site is very steep. They have an excellent shuttle service but the site is challenging for the less than nimble The price for stunning views

Masala Restaurant is not upto the mark, we expected!!!!.

I loved the hospitality of the driver Michael upon arrival. He was kind, pleasant and very knowledgeable of the area of St. Lucia. The drive was long but enjoyable. Beautiful sightseeing and great conversation. Micheal was very passionate about his job. Kudos to Micheal. Lisa my ambassador was very accommodating and made my 60th Birthday one I will always cherish and remember. She made all the dinner reservations and the time that was convenient for me and my family. Ronan at the front desk was amazing!! He took time and explained the surrounding areas in detail. Truly grateful. The couples massage was terrific! Can't thank Gale and Davia enough. They worked magic on my husband and I. All of the drivers was patient and friendly. Hats off to all the wonderful drivers. The girl at the front desk. Did not get her name but she was amazing need to send her some pictures. All of the restaurants were great. The food was amazing. Variety of choices and vegetarian and gluten free if needed. The atmosphere and ambience was breath taking. Will definitely come back. This was my first time in St. Lucia. Thanks to a wonderful staff and crew!!

The prices of the meals were very expensive if you did not have the all inclusive meal package. I suggest you get the all inclusive. The water sports are included in the all inclusive package. The live entertainment needs improvement. My son who loves music was a little disappointed. Windjammers Resort was a great place to spend my 60th Birthday. More positive reports than negative. Thanks to Windjammers for a great time. Will definitely return with more family and friends.

We liked the location ; the range of restaurants available; being able to access day trips from the hotel; the decor & the styling of the hotel. The managers (Essey) response to our issues that arose due to”limited” staff communication between themselves - she was brilliant and rectified things for us.

We experienced a regular lack of communication between different services in the hotel - on a handful of occasions in the first part of our stay what we asked about/requested wasn’t provided or forthcoming. The staff were always exceptionally polite but too often it felt insincere. I would like to say that after talking with one of the managers (something we would never normally expect to have to do) they went above & beyond to both rectify our issues and ensure the ending of our stay was excellent.
