Breakfast and Dinner is buffet. So everyone should find something to eat. Haven't had Lunch, but I guess its the same. Location is on an hill, 10min from City Center.

Although it's an all inclusive hotel, you need to pay for water. Didnt like that. As you should drink plenty of water at hot temperatures.

Superb food !!! Fantastic staff. Superb entertainment. Nice pools. Nicely located on St. Lucia for excursions.

Fantastic food and marvellous views. I really liked the pool area as well.

The hotel is located on a very steep hill. There is a shuttle taking guests to the beach and the town centre/market, but doesn't run on Sundays.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing holiday with great views over the surrounding area, very clean throughout and lovely spacious bedroom with comfy bed. The staff were all helpful and the food in the buffet restaurant and by the pool was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great free shuttle service in to town and the beach.

I love the location of this Hotel.. You had easy access to the Market & Beach.. Great view for walking.The air is clean and you're surrounded by natural vegetation. The staff was very nice & friendly. Would 100% highly recommend this location. Shout to the staff my apologies in advance if i forgot or miss spelled your names. The General Manager Dean that takes times out of his day to genuinely greet you. Shout out to my name sake Kisha.. you still missing the E😝..she is very kind. Everything was great ..nothing to complain about

Lovely views all around the property; great diversity of food for all meals, very friendly and accommodating staff; convenient shuttle to the beach and city; comfortable room with balcony.

Loud live music every night till around 11pm - this may be a plus for the vacationers but we were there for work. Small plastic bottles used for shampoo and body wash should be replaced by something more sustainable. The lights on the A/C unit cannot be dimmed nor turned off so reception gave me band-aid to cover it otherwise the room has a bright glow which is difficult for sleeping.

The food is amazing, everyday fresh cooked food , 3 times a day all you can eat, 3 restaurants to choose from, and bars and a self serving bar. There are 2 big pools and a roof top bar, activities including yoga, aerobics, a gym. There is also a beautiful view of the sea and the island , the hotel is very clean and modern with air conditioning, the staff are polite professional and friendly, I’m from the Uk and I felt so welcomed and included- beautiful hotel just stunning and it great value for money, also there is free transport to the city town and beach

My only issue was the fact the hotel is on a very steep hill. This can’t be changed obviously and this has nothing to do with the hotel, it’s just I wanted to go for walks but I couldn’t manage such a steep hill. Thank god they have free transportation to get you up and down that hill.

The pools were both lovely and well-laid out, the gardens very pretty. The food was mostly good, especially for buffet-style. The view was beautiful. Most of all, the staff were exceptional, wonderful people, happy, efficient, friendly, helpful - they made it a great stay.

The stairs were extremely slippy when wet (and some bad weather meant they spent quite a lot of time wet). Some of the decor was a little tired. The beds are made very strangely, and the sheets are not quite long enough. The hotel is up some precipitous hills which means it is difficult to go anywhere except by car, and there are no restaurants or other shops, bars etc in the immediate vicinity.

really good location in a quiet area of castries, excellent service, self service all inclusive bar for drinks by the lower pool. very clean and friendly staff. a good choice of food on most day's. Quality of Pina colados is really good..the gym is ok considering it's not a really big hotel.The room size was excellent

there's lots of steps to climb in areas especially to reach the restaurant.No good for people that can't climb stairs. service in lulu's the snacks restaurant is very slow waited over an hour on 1 day for our food. very slow at replacing items of food when needed. entertainment of an evening could be better. roof top bar drinks not as good as other bars no mixer to male cocktails . The humming bird restaurant is not as good as it should be in terms of choice and food quality. Some days the toiletries weren't supplied in the room or new hand towels.

The choices were top notch. Everything was always fresh.

It was truly a very pleasurable experience.
