The view from the balcony during both mornings and evenings was truly remarkable. Overlooking the airport and seaport allowed us to watch cruise ships dock as well as planes and helicopters land, all while enjoying the scenic backdrop of the mountains. The host, James, was exceptionally accommodating and ensured that our stay was pleasant and hassle-free. Additionally, the air conditioning in the rooms functioned well, and we appreciated having hot water for our showers. Overall, it was a great experience!

The only minor issue I found was that the shower in the 2-bedroom apartment felt a little narrow, especially for those who are a bit larger. Other than that, it was a great place!

Fantastic view from airy balcony. Extremely helpful and friendly host. His breakfast also looked fresh and delish (although I didn't eat there). Location close to ferry and within reasonable walking distance of centre. Very convenient to stay there if you arrive late at night.

At the time I was there the air con in my room wasn't working (luckily it wasn't terribly hot out) and the WiFi was also not working (host was looking into it first thing in the morning but I was gone by then). In my opinion this place is pricey for what you get ... but not unreasonably so for the Caribbean.

Very friendly welcome. Close to the ferry terminal which is what we wanted. Pretty basic accommodation but good value and fine for our purposes.

It’s not a problem but I’d advise people to drive or get a taxi there. It’s up a steep hill which was a pretty sweaty hike with bags during the day. And at night I wouldn’t walk it as the neighbourhood is not the safest and there are no street lights. Otherwise the host was friendly and it was a pleasant stay. Morning yoga on the terrace overlooking the harbour with a cool breeze was great!

James is a wonderful and kind host. We arrived after two long days filled with ravel delays. We hadn't eaten since breakfast. He immediately offered to make dinner ( blts) for us. He also provided a hot breakfast the next morning. Meals were tasty and very reasonably priced and we appreciated not having to find food after our travels. His Inn is clean and quiet. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean breeze. He made sure we knew how to explore Castries and made our first trip to St. Lucia very comfortable.

James (property manager) was so incredibly helpful. Assisted with organising taxis, gave us lots of information about what to do and where to go. We stayed here for one night before we took a ferry to Martinique (only a 10 min walk to the port) and one night on the way back, and he even kept our big suitcases safe for us so we only took smaller bags with us. The property is a great location for the ferry. The rooms are basic but really clean and have fridge kettle etc. To note, there aren’t really restaurants around, we had KFC for dinner because we arrived about 5pm and most things in Castries shut.

Host was helpful and nice and the check-in process was easy. Accommodation is higher on a hill and the views are very nice, especially from the common room's balcony/veranda. Rooms were clean, so was the bathroom. Wi-fi was good. AC is only in the bedroom, but it worked well.

The area does not seem to be the safest. Everybody in the port was warning us about going by foot to the property at night. Especially the area around the port does not seem safest at night.

James is an exceptional host, friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have everything they need during their stay. He contacted us immediately when he discovered that we had left a Kindle in the bedroom and ensured that a very kind taxi driver brought it to us before we had to board the ferry. Thank you, James.

Because of a knee injury the walk to and from the harbour was difficult/impossible for me - steep and twisting. Of course that meant that the view was wonderful.

The location of this guesthouse is ideal for those planning to travel by ferry, which is within a 5-minute walk, or use the local airport for Caribbean island-hopping, reachable by car in just 4 minutes. A major plus is the presence of a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk, offering convenience for purchasing water and food. The guesthouse offers a beautiful view of Castries and the northern part of the island. The host is welcoming and ready to answer any questions. The room is cozy and fairly clean, equipped with a kitchen containing all the essentials (kettle, refrigerator, microwave). There's hot water, air conditioning, and a reliable internet connection.

One drawback is the steep road leading to the guesthouse, passing through a less affluent neighborhood, and its distance from the beaches. However, the area is relatively safe. For those planning to spend time on the beach, be prepared for a somewhat lengthy walk.

Ok let's face it, you have to be in the morning ferry and it is perfect spot to wake up at 5, don't rely on taxi and just walk down 10 minutes. Host is nice and friendly. There is a local supermarket nearby, 10-15min walk. You can get some beer or sandwiches in the hotel. Room is clean and have some basic cooking utensils (depend on the room i guess)

Don't expect miracles. This is a value for money.

The most homely place I have ever stayed away from home. Amazing location and view and the host could not be sweeter. Would love to come back.
