Nice property, very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the service was great.

It was quite far from the city center, which made it a long trip back to the resort after our activities.

Everything! The place is quite simply perfect! Amazing scenery, very cosy facilities and a premium service on all fronts! Further to the above, they offered to keep our luggage for an extra night and offered to extend our stay free of charge to keep enjoying their pool and have showering facilities before heading off to the airport.

Nothing! There is absolutely nothing not to like.

The room had A/C which was great after a scalding and humid walk outside. No bugs or mosquitos at all there but they had a mosquito net around the bed, just in case. The pool was great to refreshen yourself during/after a hot day. Lunch and dinner were good quality-price! Breakfast was good quality as well. Staff was very friendly!

They didn’t have shampoo or shower gel at the bathroom. It’s a bit far away from any villages or beaches (30-45 min walk from the hotel) - but with the pool it didn’t feel necessary. There was a lot of food waste at breakfast because they brought everything. A suggestion: bring a list of what you have available and ask the customer what he/she wants to have prepared. A bit noisy during the day because it was next to a place with kids (a school maybe)

Rooms are clean, with a lot of space and the pool was right in front. Breakfast is good, with fresh fruit and fresh juices.

There’s no door between the bedroom and the bathroom , just an “open wall”. The water of the shower easily comes to the bathroom floor.

Everything was great, super friendly staff, very comfortable room, breakfast was amazing. The location is a great start to get to know the rest of the island. Has two amazing beaches nearby if you just want to relax and enjoy the sunshine, Praia das Sete Ondas and Praia Messia Alves

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like

Friendly staff, great and comfortable rooms with air con (we had the best night sleep of the trip here), food is good, the gardens are lovely and it feels like you are surrounded by nature - we saw so many birds and even saw bats flying high above around sunset which was a real treat! They let us stay in our room the whole day as we had a late flight which we were incredibly grateful for, and there was no shortage of hot water!

Noisy neighbourhood next door but it didn’t prove to be an issue into the night or in the early mornings so it didn’t bother us too much!

The place is amazing, very modern, cozy and luxurious room. The food was delicious and the hosts were very kind, nice and very welcoming.

Close to the beach and to the city life, with loads of comfort, good swimming pool and restaurant area, beautiful gardens and really nice staff. The manager also let us hang out all day long at the hotel, once our flight was in the evening, and that really made the difference for us. We even got some fresh cocoa. Thank you!

We could use more variety in the menu, after 4 meals at the hotels we would like something new, maybe because we come from a European city, used to have everything available all the time.
