Location was great...Staff was very helpful from front office to housekeeping ... Superb... Very neat , clean and beautiful... Need to have alternate restaurant facility.... Overall great place to spend quality time with your loved once... family or friends... All other facilities like restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc... within 5 minutes drive..... Great place... Thank you

Facilities were good. Swimming Pool is small but good for kids and can be used by them safely Rooms are good and clean Space on terrace and inner courtyard Outside the villa,there is place to walk Small shop to buy items in case of immediate requirement The staffs are pleasant

Not anything to dislike but cost maybe on a bit higher side and Villa bedrooms are mostly on basement and first floor in case there are elderly members in the group(but not sure if there are other types of villa available)

The place is quiet and safe. Location.

Scooters may cause danger when used indoors walkway. The sauna was not working. Wi-Fi is slow. Cost value comparing to the services and facility should be reconsidered.

A comfortable, spacious and clean home. A warm indoor pool for kids to enjoy during winter. There is a good restaurant and small convenience shop in the same area. A good choice for a big family to spend the night in Taif.

What a superb stay at this place. I'll have to say the BEST part was the security guard who gave me his own coffee and dates as a welcome gift! So sweet. Loved the check-in and support provided. The pool was nice and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Good place and enjoyable for a nice weekend retreat.

Price was a bit steep even for a weekday but anyway it is worth it sometimes. Looking forward to my next stay hopefully soon!

The privacy, the middle garden and cafe , proximity to all restaurants and facilities

rigid security at the main gates, refusing to let the car inside, despite the fact later than day two cars went inside till the reception, I had two kids with me and he still refused to cooperate nor call the reception

I believe it was way better than expected, calm spacious and relaxing

Pool must be cleaned and heated before guests check-in to their villas

Ambience was excellent.

Kids rides were there and these were good but it would be great if they can accommodate these rides in main garden so that parents can leave their children playing independently.

Villa is Quite big and it is very neat and clean. Very comfortable. The receptionist was helpful, we got the room in matter of 5 mins and they speak good English. Good warm pool for kids.

If they could increase the size of the pool that would be really great.

Only one room available with attached bathroom. Better to adjust one more with attached washroom. Top floor room can be modified.yes,its for maids I know, but some villas can be modified so that 2 families can stay freely in the entire villa. All time all families will not come with maids.
