Great location and amazing staff, especially this review is for Anupam (Resort Manager). The food was excellent too, we took breakfast and dinner packages, both were really good. Mr. Anupam was always checking us, how we are doing. Such a nice person. Vishnu, Shiva & Sujatha from the restaurant were awesome too. Other.staffs.- Dhikshit, Pushparaj and few others.were ni e too. I would recommend this place for an amazing family holiday.

Lot of bugs, We understand this resort is in the tree house models, but pest control should've been better.

It brings calmness in life and this is what I wanted from my trip to Coorg. Service is amazing and special shout out to Samat (Night manager) and Abung (Manager) for their helping nature and considering even my smallest of requests. The spa facilities are amazing, parents tried the traditional Keralan Abhyanga massage. The Chef during my visit was a visiting chef (Pradeesh) who has worked all around the world and participated in masterchef UK as well. I loved the way he was so passionate about his food. And i had a treat having him standing at my table discussing the nuances of recipes.

Breakfast was a good spread and some new dishes everyday. The location of the resort is pretty amazing. It was foggy all the time due to monsoon season. You can't call it exactly silent but the sounds of birds, heavy flow of water stream was healing. You are practically in the Nature. Almost above the clouds.

Intermittent power trips were annoying. Also the absence of male messure was a bit let down. Drivers quarters weren't as clean which could be a challange for long haul drivers who come along for such trips.

Property was really huge and perfect spot for stay during our leisure trip. The well-maintained spaces, warm decor, and thoughtful touches truly enhanced our experience. The resort is beautiful with a lovely view, a huge room with a balcony. Dining room with excellent service. Clean. The view at this hotel is the thing. We were initially given a room with the roof of the building in front of it as the view. The room we were moved to also did not have the view of the valley advertised in the hotel photos. A bit disappointing. The hotel is built on a steep mountain and you need fitness to climb to the dining room or pool. There was no hot water to shower. We waited a long time as requested, and there was lukewarm water that ran out pretty quickly.

The property was beautifully nestled in a lush tropical setting, offering stunning morning and evening views from the balcony that were truly mesmerizing. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time throughout our stay. A special highlight was the thoughtful and beautifully arranged cake-cutting ceremony for my husband's birthday—it made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The stay was really good. Lucky for me it rained and it was foggy throughout even in April.

The last stretch of a km was narrow, and was not a great stretch. Should be indicated to visitors by some means.

We had a medical emergency and the Manager and the staff went out of their way to help us. We will be forever thankful to them. The property is new in excellent location. Food was really great. We recommend this resort.

Linen needs to be more clean and stain free.

Amazing hospitality, great views and outstanding food. Each and every staff member is exceptionally polite and expert in their areas. Special mention to the chef who took utmost care to make each and every meal perfect for us .

Heritage Premium room was incredible. The location and view is very good. The staff was very cordial and resposive. Shiva from the kitchen staff went above and beyond to help with our requirements.
