I booked this stay randomly. But it was beyond my expectation. Receptionist are more polite and helpful. Rooms are so clean and tidy. Wifi facility are available without any interruption. Stay is reachable near to kalpetta junction.Definitely I will choose this stay again when I visit and also I will suggest to my friends

Satra Wayanad is situated 2km from kalpetta junction. All facilities are available in the junction. We took 2 rooms which had a common balcony with glass wall which is amazing. We had tea and snacks in the balcony which definitely gave us awesome experience. We had a wonderful stay at this property. Food is not available in the hotel but we can order through swiggy. There are frequent auto rickshaws running across the hotel road which could be used to go to kalpetta junction. Overall experience was brilliant and we definitely recommend this property for enjoyable stay. The hotel team were so polite and friendly.

The staff's sense of hospitality is exceptional. They were also very polite, well spoken and we felt very welcomed. They went out of their way to accommodate our requirements. We were a big group, so fulfilling all our needs must have been a challenge. Rooms & toilet were clean and equipped with many facilities. Surrounding area was nice, but there are no restaurants nearby.

I love this hotel hospitality,Neat and spacious rooms.Staffs where very kind and helping... ...the rates are worth the stay.Location of hotel is 1.5 km from kalpetta.Strongly recommend and a must try this place once for a memorable budgeted stay in kalpetta.

Only drawback is that they do not have resturant facility.

A great hotel within the city limits. Rooms, Bathrooms, bed were kept clean. The staff is very polite and courteous.Ample parking place with good ambience. It's nearby to all major attractions. Recommended for a peaceful & wonderful staycation in wayanad. Surely will visit again in future.

The people managing the facilities were nice and very humble always happy helped us a lot.

I would not say I didn't like it. But unfortunately the facilities didn't serve any food in house It was an inconvenience but overall not a big drawback.

Cleanliness. Staff is very supportive, I must say he is very good. I forgot to ask him the name, but he is very nice.
