The room was welcoming and spacious with gorgeous mural artwork on the walls. We were only staying the night but it had all the conveniences one would need, including cooking facilities and was in a convenient location.

There was nothing not to like about the facility. One point to note was that Google Maps still references this venue by its former name "Gatestay Premium Hamamtsucho" so take note so as not to be confused. One other confusion was a cultural one, in that I didn't realise I would not be issued a room key or key card from the check-in machine. Japan typically uses keypads for room access which means you are only issued a pin number, something I did not expect. Once I understood that, I was able to check my receipt and see the room pin code to enter my room.

I loved this hotel. It was far bigger than any of the other rooms near by but only a little bit more expensive. The room was spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. Easily could have stayed weeks here with all of the space, kitchen appliances, etc. Will stay here next time I'm in Tokyo.

The AC didnt get very cold. It was good enough for us but if you like sleeping in 18-19 degree rooms, it wouldn't have been cold enough for you.

The apartment is a great set up for families or group of friends. They is a washer dryer ,kitchen Everything you need. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Train station close by so can get to all sites and shopping. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. There is only one apartment on each level so it feels very private. A great stay Thankyou

The front desk staff was nice and helpful when needed. It was nice having two sinks and a full sized mirror outside the bathroom, which made getting ready easy. I liked that the elevator needed a code which made it feel safer. The room was also super pretty!!

After the staff leaves at 10pm, maybe there should be a code to get into the building itself for added security.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was great having a washer in the unit and we had enough beds for everyone. The kitchenette was useful. We also liked that the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower.

While the hotel itself is spacious and roomy, it was a bit far from the closest rail stations.

The apartment was amazing. It is definitely more spacious than the normal apartments in Tokyo. There was a dining area and a tatami room where we slept in futon, which was a great experience. The apartment is 10-15mins straight walk from several train stations. It takes about 20-25mins of train ride to the tourist locations (Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Asakusa) which was very convenient. If you are flying back from Haneda airport, it is 15mins walk to Hamamatsucho station which has a monorail that goes directly to the airport.

Stayed here for the first 6 nights that we were in Japan (group of 6 teenagers from Australia on boys trip). Great location, short walk from two stations. 7/11 just down the street which is all you need to survive as a tourist in Japan. For stays under 7 nights the hotel staff do complimentary room cleaning every three days (twice in our stay) which was very nice. Checked in via a computer at the front desk at 11pm (staff leave at around 8pm). For 6 people in one room it was great, two beds, two sofa beds, and two futons. Had free wifi, nice bathroom+shower, hot water was a bit tricky to work out but it works fine. Couldn't recommend enough for any tourists looking for a place that provides easy access to all the major parts of Tokyo.

We had no clue how to use the washing machine but that's what comes with not knowing Japanese.

The location is relatively okay to get round on both the metro and the subway (about .6KM away) and through those stations you have direct access within easy reach of many of the top tourist attractions. The room does have a kitchen and their is a decent supermarket within easy walking distance. Could reasonably sleep a family of 5 in the accommodation if you wanted to.

While the staff are nice and wanting to be helpful, most were quite limited in their English so couldn't add much value to any questions you might have. One fairly uncomfortable pillow per bed. Price per night seemed quite high but is somewhat central although will need to walk .5-.7km to nearest metro/train stations. Also, we were fine with it but if you stay 5 nights they only clean the apartment once during that time but they do have a washing machine which was nice and provide all the towels you would need as well as have extra things you might want in reception so not really an issue.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to subway and JR station, supermarket, drugstores and just 2 minutes to Starbucks!

Everything. It’s our third stay at Monday Apart, and second at this location. It is perfect for the families with kids.

It was a lovely spacious apartment and had all the facilities we needed. A 15-17min walk to a few metro stations, plus a 17min walk to see the Tokyo tower.

It's right next to train tracks so you can hear them run. Although not too loud, it was still a comfortable stay and would still consider coming back.
