I loved everything about this hotel. It feels brand new and luxurious. The location is excellent, close to the subway station and to city’s attractions. The staff speaks English. Things are delivered to your room swiftly if you need anything. The room is gigantic and beautiful. Mine featured a spectacular city view. The tv has foreign channels (!). You really don’t want to leave this room.😉

I would give this hotel a 10 if not for the most inefficient breakfast service ever. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, but, for such a big hotel, the space to eat in is super small. You literally need to line up for an hour to get in. And the breakfast is on,y available from 7 to 10! You are really better off booking a room without breakfast. Also, there is no electric kettle in the room, only a Nespresso machine.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about The Westin Yokohama. The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️

We had a corner room on the fourteenth floor and the views over Yokohama were amazing, so good that we didn’t close the blinds at night to maximise the experience. The room was large and clean and the bathroom was also superb. The staff were fantastic and very helpful.

We loved the hotel but found the inclusive buffet breakfast limited. The toaster disappeared one morning so no toast that day. Fried eggs & omelettes are done to order and painfully slow to arrive. However the positives far outweigh the negatives of the breakfast and we would love to return.

- The Buffet Breakfast was very good, lots of high quality nosh - The 24h Fitness Centre was better than most I had seen - nice to have cold towels from the fridge - The bed was super-comfortable! - Location is great, within walking distance of Minato Mirai

- The swimming pool with a 3000Y per day charge - a bit cheapskate, we thought, for a 5* Hotel

Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, clean, friendly and professional staff, close to the train station or easy to get a taxi, and walkable distance from various dining/shopping facilities

The hotel was a bit expensive, and the deposit for incidentals was very high. Outside of this, I have no complaints.

The rooms were big and comfortable to stay in. The bed is amazing. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, shopping centres and pier.

You do need to pay an additional fee to use their swimming pool and sauna facilities. Breakfast was so quite expensive for what you get but the Japanese food was great.

Modern and clean with very friendly helpful and courteous staff. The staff certainly go the extra mile in all aspects of customer service. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bed linen and wonderful pillows.

Food was very expensive with limited choice although the quality was excellent.

This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!

More information about the spa service will be better.

Clean, spacious, good quality of amenities plus food etc. staff very friendly and polite.

Not sure if the reason to charge extra for use of the swimming pool which never happens in other Westin hotels?

Everything in this hotel, from the room, bathroom service, cleanliness, very appropriate behavior of the staff, everything was excellent and excellent

What I don't like is having to leave the hotel
