Great from check in to check out Rooms are very small but ok It should be a NON smoking Hotel I booked through booking.comband only smoking rooms were available but omg as a non smoker was almost unbearable such the smell was strong !! Even after a whole day with opening the window it literally stank I love the free breakfast best onigiri and miso soup . Also love the fact that you can pick ur amenities at reception There is a microwave and vending machine ,laundry and dryers Amazing location with so many restaurants around the hotel . The staff at reception were all amazing

Very strategic location. It’s a newly opened hotel so the facilities are still in a good shape. Short walking distance from Yokohama Station West Exit but would feel longer if you’re walking with your heavy luggage bag. It’s surrounded by bars and restaurants so you’ll never go hungry here. I like the fact that i can check my laundry status from the tv in my room.

It’s near the main station so it wouldn’t be the quietest place to stay. You can hear the sound of trains passing by but that didn’t bother me much.

The location is good, with a walkable distance to Yokohama Station. A simple breakfast is served, and the hotel room is clean. It's quite a value-for-money choice.

The noise from the train station is quite high, which can be a problem for those sensitive to noise. Only six parking spaces are available, so be sure to reserve one in advance if you want to park at the hotel.

Everything was pretty decent for the price. Stayed on the top floor and the view was ok.

The street outside towards the train station can get a little shady at night (where the 7-11 is), many bars(?) soliciting. They are not aggressive but just take note if you are a solo female traveller. Also, they do not allow luggage storage after checking out.

Nice location, very close to the station. Rooms are standard but clean and adequately equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful!

Nothing much to say, you can hear the train coming and going but it was not too loud.
