The room I booked had a nice setup where it was fairly easy to watch the TV from the bed or by sitting in a chair. I'm also glad it was a smart TV so I could connect to my preferred video app when I wanted to rest in the room. When I needed to stay a few hours later on the final day they helped explain to me 1. that it was even possible, and 2. what the cost involved would be (not much at all). It's also in a nice location with a convenience store across the road and only a short walk to the station. I believe there is a parking garage next door as well, but I didn't drive so I'm not positive.

The space to put suitcases was a bit limited, but the bed has enough space underneath to fit it, so if you brought multiple and only need access to one it works great!

Very clean and new equipment, a three-plug adaptor for mobiles, AC, comfy bed, good showers, and close to central station and our favorite "noodle factory" (image). Easy to get there from Haneda Airport (by train, short walk), too.

When we arrived, the second passport could not be scanned while checking in with the masked on-screen operator, who was hard to understand. However, one of the friendly staff quickly helped and all was done. Technical issue, nothing to worry about. Using the elevator requires authentication via keycard to go up, which we did not figure out ourselves (non-Japanese speakers)

Completely sheltered to the nearest train line which is convenient in raining conditions; about 5 minutes walk. The toiletries and amenities are self-service at the hotel lobby. They have a bath powder available which made my night baths a lot more relaxing and gave me a better sleep.

Not the easiest hotel to locate. It is not a standalone building so the lobby is within a building, on level 3. It is quite a distance from Yokohama attractions so keep it mind that if you miss the train, you will need to take a cab back.

location is great , connected to yokohama station and malls. if it is raining we can stay dry at all times. love the vibes and the place is so compact. Hotel service and room are outstanding, love the staff service and the hotel room is comfy with big screen tv and has apps like netflix and youtube connected. Love the water pressure from shower and the bed.

pillows are too soft for my preference.

Being able to get a cup of ice. Excellent choice of amenities! Very clean. Easy check in and checkout. Wonderful breakfast, but maybe you could improve by offering a cold breakfast for those leaving early on day of departure. Perhaps something made up that can be eaten in the hotel room.

Very convenient from Yokohama station (even with a heavy suitcase on wheels although there are 4-5 steps to go up/down at one stage). Exceptionally quiet & clean. Was able to switch the aircon to English instructions for ease of use.

Could only find one English tv channel (CNN). The availability of some English explanations would be helpful eg how to use the shower/toilet setting options would be helpful.

Hotel is in a great location right near Yokohama Station, so it was very convenient taking day trips to Enoshima and Kamakura. It was well insulated from sound despite being right along the train tracks.

Under the duvet of the bed it looked like there were toenail clippings left behind that didn’t get cleaned up. Also, after the first night the bed was not made, so that’s just something to be aware of.

- Very central location, only a few minutes walk from Yokohama Station. - Very good sound insulation in the room. I could barely hear anything from adjacent rooms, from the corridor nor from the outside. - Comfy bed. - Great air con. The room also had a humidifier. - Super fast and stable wifi connection. - Clean and tidy hotel and guest rooms.

- It should come as no surprise that the guest room was very compact (i.e. small), with barely any room to maneuver a big suitcase. Following this, the room had very limited storage space and almost no places to put your clothes (so you will not be able to unpack your stuff from your luggage) and barely any space to hang your coat / jacket.

Location is pretty convenient as its near the yokohama station, nearby have good food and convenient stores. Can easily get food near grocery stores - comfortable stay overall. Clean as well, prompt response from staff

Great spot to sleep after a flight into Haneda before taking onwards train in the morning. Room had everything needed, surprisingly spacious and comfortable bed. Easy walk from Yokohama station - refer to images on hotel’s website for better directions than google maps. Would stay again.
