The location was very central and very close to the Sakuragicho Station. The city view was very nice. Check-out was at 11:00 am which is a very good time, we could enjoy a little bit the room after the breakfast. Breakfast was also good. Also we celebrated our 10 years anniversary and the hotel prepared us a nice surprise, thank you very much for that!!!

The room was very small, however we had not a suitcase, anyway it was ok for us. I didn't like the toilet at all, it wasn't dirty, but somehow was old fashioned and didn't look clean because of that.

Lovely room for the price, charming design. Large bathroom, great amenities. This.competed another hotel we stayed hotel at which was double the price. Pj's in the room a nice touch.

Only issue we had was when we tried to book a taxi to the airport and staff were awkward about it. One staff was reluctant to call up the taxi company so we asked again in the evening and someone called to reserve. But it felt like it was an inconvenience. Strange for a big city 30 mins away from haneda.

Quite convenient location, rooms clean and well-kept. Design very modern, in a good way. The "living lobby" lounge area was very cosy and provided a great space to spend evenings in working or planning for the next day. Quite visible commitment to sustainability. Staff very helpful. Restaurant on the 2nd floor had great food and helpful service. Perfect room size for solo travel in my opinion.

The hotal is just few mins walking distance away from Sakuragicho station. Use the New South exit. Bashamichi subway station is also close by. Just across the street there is a kombini. In short the hotel is ideally located for both sightseeing and moving around. Amenities were plenty. My wife really liked to bathroom, which was wide enough.

The hotel room felt a bit small. Actually it has the usual size but I guess because of the layout (too wide entrance) and traveling with large luggage we had some difficulty for first few days until we get used to. Apart form that everything was perfect.

The location was great for the train station, shops and restaurants. The free coffee/ drinks machines and lounge area were a real bonus. The hotel is clean and has luggage storage facilities before official check in and once you've checked out,

The room was the smallest we've stayed in during our long trip in Japan. We had to stack the cube furniture etc in the corner to be able to open our suitcases and access our belongings!

very close to JR Station, the Metro is closer but didn't use much. also close to a lot of attractions. the room is comfortable. the bathtub is large enough to stretch my legs. supplies are available in the lobby so you can get what you need and not waste them. Staffs are nice and helpful. a common area on 2nd floor that microwave, ice cube and free coffee are available. You may use the coin laundry too. Yet it queues way too long for the drying machine. Convenience Stores and Supermarkets are easy to access.

everything was good. maybe no view from the hotel i guess.. but not important to me as i won't be in the room often.

A short walk from the station and a great location to see Yokohama, with most things in walking distance. The venue was super clean and modern. The washer and dryer was super helpful and affordable. Given that this is Japan, the room I got was a decent size and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free soft drinks in the lounge area is a nice touch.

Everything. You are greeted by kind staff at the reception and amazing smell. You could choose from a variety of toiletteries in the reception (including face care) should you need those, so not to be wasteful. Room was comfortable, designed pleasantly, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, coffee and water provided. Location was excellent, two steps from JR and metro station, not too far from main tourist attractions of Yokohama.

I wish you could open windows or even tilt them a bit. I understand it's quite busy neighborhood but we wouldn't mind the street, but I can't really use AC.

Room looked new and well maintained. Clean and in a convenient location

Room was very tight, it was very challenging to manoeuvre inside in 2 persons, especially if you wanted to open any luggage. Amusingly enough luggage rack is provided but there is no space to open even a cabin suitcase flat. But the bathroom was more spacious than usual for rooms that small.

Great location, friendly staff, stylish room and bathroom! I was traveling with my partner who is from Australia, Room was quite small for two people but would definitely enough for one person. Everything was modern, the bathroom was quite spacious for the room. No daily room service which we didn’t mind at all and they provide new towels everyday, amenities(locations, toothbrush, teas, bath powder etc) are also provided at the reception area. I would definitely stay again.
