The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly whilst being very professional and courteous. Great location close to several subway’s and 2 JR stations too. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries available as well as refreshments. Laundry facilities, microwave and massage chair available for use too. Very central and close to town centre, numerous shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Yokohama again.

Breakfast, the help I need including directions around the hotel, where to take train, airport bus, the staff were very helpful and I will come back again. Hoping the next trip to the hotel, there is more choices to the breakfast

None. I am very happy and thankful to all the staffs for all the help I need and will consider. It will be good that there is a service of bus shuttle to the airport for repeat customer staying in your hotel.

Good location, just a few minutes walk to subway stations. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staffs were very helpful. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my future trips to Yokohama and recommend to friends.

Overall the experience was well worth of the money and exceeded the expectations. I have been staying at hotels that cost twice as much with less friendly service and facilities. This is up there with higher rated hotels with Japan standard of quality service. I definitely recommend and the location is great as well.

The staff could have showed me to the check-in machine to avoid waiting, but not big deal.

The advantage of being placed away from the elevator is less pinging and people noise is minimal. Spacious room. Cafe-prepped breakfast from an A,B, or C menu was good. Liked how conveniently situated to many restaurants, port sites and JR & Metro stations it is. There was a cool room of washing machines and driers - maybe 8/10, kind-of kitchenette and a relax corner with comics and a couple of chairs with massage pads attached. Never seen this set-up before.

Excellent Hotel. Very nice staff. Great location close to the cruise port and tourist attractions. Close to many restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops. Very clean and comfortable. would definitely stay here again if stopping over in Yokohama. Good value for money

Super clean and lovely staff and walkable within 10 -15 minutes to every where … the laundry room was great with , coffee, food vending machine , massage chairs and reading sofa… the price was reasonable 400 yen per washing load and 100 yen drying load with ironing board…

Staff was very helpful and room, although not spacious felt warm and cozy. Very clean with standard amenities available. Located not too far from Kannai JR station. Breakfast at the co-located cafe with a voucher.

The room could have of course been a big bigger but for 1 or 2 nights on a budget to explore Yokohama, it’s OK. So overall not much to fault it given the price and services offered.

Nice hotel reception The hotel locate in the center of Bashamishi , quite near the train station. If you are city walker, you can walk around from here to the Red bricks or China town The laundry room is very good.

The room does not block noise very well, You may here some guest shout from other rooms.

The staff are very helpful and the location is fantastic, several train stations nearby, several groceries, A pleasant stay overall, Special thanks to Matsuta she was so so helpful, She exceeded my expectations, I am really so thankful to her, The breakfast was splendid, Thank you so much as it was a great experience.

I suggest providing complementary water bottles, As it would be easier for the guests.
